Thanks to all who helped yesterday. It's the worst we've ever seen in all the time we've done beach cleans. Heart breaking. Each of us needs to stop and think and use less plastic.

Last minute Beach Clean!
This morning at 11. Maharabeg Cut. Sorry for short notice but there is SO much rubbish after the storm. And its a beautiful day to be a on the beach;)

Maharees Heritage and Conservation added 9 new photos.

We did a big post #StormEleanor beach clean today...we had around 20 people, 6 children and 2 dogs out tidying up the mess Eleanor made...and it's still not tid...ied up - WE'RE MEETING AGAIN TOMORROW AT 11AM at Magherabeg Cut - Make it a nollaig na mban with a difference What do you think of the tiny toothbrush we found on the beach Clean Coasts?

First time seeing a tuna fish on Brandon Bay. He's huge!

A couple of girls who do a regular clean-up during the summer are planning to be on the back beach at around 11am Sunday morning. If anyone has a spare half hour they'd love the extra help;)

So. We'll be on the beach with bags on Thursday from about 11am for a couple of hours. Meet at Maharabeg Cut and hopefully get the section from there to the grotto done.
