This is heartbreaking, I saw him perform at least a half dozen times across at last 5 different musical projects, he has been the soundtrack to my life since I first heard Screaming Trees in the 90's. My sincerest condolences to his wife, family and all those close to him. He was a remarkable artist, truly one of a kind.
