We had an overnight stay and found staff to be super friendly and helpful. Nice evening meal and breakfast choice. Room clean and tidy - no room safe though. Bed, as is usual for a Marriott, lovely ...and comfortable so had a very good nights sleep. Would stay here again. See More

I was very surprised that the rooms did not have a safe! I had to carry jewelry/cash to the pool for lack of a better place to keep it.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas clean.

Great place to stay. All the staff were seen with smiles all the time and greeted me every time I walked by them.

Ate at the restaurant two nights and breakfast three mornings. Top notch. Highly rec...ommend the crab soup!! French toast was made to perfection also! Wait staff were wonderful. The woman who sat us was very friendly and had a conversation with me as she sat me. That meant a lot.

Room was clean, bathroom looked like something out of a movie, bed was comfy and made every day I walked back in from my job training.

Lighting was great. This matters because I smoke and I would go out at night. I felt safe here.

Valet was top notch.

Gentleman at the coffee bar was patient with my pickiness (highly appreciated!!!) there was also a lady there that covered what I went over with my coupon (assuming she was a manager. She was helping the gentleman at the coffee bar)

I had trouble with my WiFi (my fault) IT gentleman came up, made sure the door was propped open (obviously protocol put in place to make sure nothing is said out of the way and I guess to make me feel safe also.) I didn’t think about that but it instantly made me feel safe and comfortable. He was very kind and patient. He held conversation with me. I was complaining how I wanted coffee but was afraid it would keep me up but it would be worth it because how delicious it was. He came back up with a coupon!!!!!! How thoughtful.

We also had a problem with my room. I was checked out when I needed another night. The staff were so excellent and accommodating and helped with no attitude and smiles on their faces.

Great customer service, clean hotel, personable staff. Highly recommended and will ask my company to place me back in this hotel next time. 10/10

Worst stay yet, flew 6 hrs, stuck on a plane on the tarmac for an hour...finally made it to hotel... was super excited. Got to room, bed covered in dry urine, fold out couch had no blankets, got charg...ed 20/day for incidentals ahead of time, then couldn't even shower cause shower was broken. Told front desk, they brought blankets ... geez thanks. Kid slept on floor ? I expect this from motel 6 not Marriott. Not even a refund or a percent back either. See More

Great Marriott property and golf resort. As a Marriott Gold Elite Rewards member,I was granted late check out and breakfast was complimentary (open until 1pm on weekends). Renovations were being done ...on the second floor but we were given a room on the sixth floor with an awesome view of the course. Mostly friendly staff and would stay here again. See More

Stayed during the hurricane and so accommodating- the staff was so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The food was delicious and first class and they even lowered prices during the storm! Room...s terrific,beds comfy and AC top notch! I'd recommend to anyone! See More

I was last night at an event called Internatinal Dance , this year for Cuba . Even I’m seeing the event going down every year , I had never been SO HOT , the AC wasn’t enough for all the people at the... cocktail hour in the Lobby , we were all dressed up and in heel sweating bullets it was awful!!!!!!!!! Then we moved to the ball room and the AC felt good for an hour , after that the heat again and no fresh cold air , all of the ladies and gems were blowing air with what ever they have on hand . The rooms are a bit dated. Not enough parking to accommodate a full hotel. We had ants in the bathroom, on the sink and all along the floor board. Disappointed for a Marriott for that price.

I wish I would have read the reviews before booking our stay. They don't tell you the entire 5th floor is under renovation and besides having to listen to it we couldn't do the one load of laundry. Th...e manager could have cared less and told me of several "coin" laundromats. After 10 hours at the baseball park I just wanted to wash some clothes and relax. Thank goodness Garrett overheard the rude manager and stepped in to offer to sneak our clothes up to the 5th floor and was them for us. Our wonderful view of the roof just tops off the experience. This is certainly not the Marriott treatment we have grown accustomed to. See More

The staff was very unfriendly. The rooms were not at all of Marriott quality. For the price we paid per night, it was definitely not worth it. Beautiful wedding, but the staff ruined the stay for me, ...the only exception was the head waiter Marcel. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Don't waste your money staying here. Go to Hampton Inn instead. Nicer rooms, free breakfast and friendly staff. See More

My parents stayed here for four nights, recently. They absolutely loved it. My parents are senior citizens and one is disabled. It was just perfect for their needs. Great staff and their accessibl...e room was very nice and looked out onto the pool area. It's not a luxury property by any means, but run very efficiently and it's perfect for the older folks as well as families. Thank you, Marriott! See More

They were under construction on the fifth floor but i didnt hear a sound. Wonderful room on the 7th floor, great golf course view, the pool was perfect, the service and food was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful, all for a very reasonable price. I would definetly stay there again!!! See More

This hotel has ONE restaurant that is overpriced and a very basic menu. No free wifi, no fridges in the room and they charge you to park in their basic parking lot per day! This hotel experience was... extremely lack luster!!! For the prices per night, I would
Not suggest it! This Marriott needs a lot of up upgrades to meet basic Marriott expectations!
Left annoyed, unimpressed and will not stay in a Marriott again!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place every single staff member we came in contact with went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness was out sanding. Loved the facility but was not happy to be woken by house keeping at 8 in the morning the day we were checking out. She woke up all 4 of us when check out isn't until 12. I was on vacation and not in ...a hurry. At check out I explained to the lady at the counter how we were woken up and her response was " I heard, I'm sorry". It was not a meaningful sorry, just something coming out of her mouth. I'm guessing someone else complained because she didn't hear from us until I told her. The staff is very friendly, but the facility is quite aged, and shows it. This hotel desperately needs both a facelift and expanded services such as a spa and expanded/additional restaurant choices.
I agree with another poster that the housekeeping staff starts much too early in the morning. They make a lot of noise in the hallways and should begin service at a later time.

The interior of this hotel is starting to look run down, not up to the usual Marriott quality. Also, there is a central atrium that is very noisy. They clearly cater to golfers and it does have a ni...ce course adjacent. Nice views of Herron Bay from high rooms. The staff was very nice, very helpful except for the valet service. When I stayed there was a long line of people impatiently waiting for parking. See More

My sister's and I came off of a 7 day cruise ,at first I thought did I make a bad move because we had to pay extra to the driver as it was over a half hour from the cruise line and back to airport,but... it was soooo amazing the moment we drove up it was like we were royalty. The service and friendly staff ,Howard and Garrett took us around on the free shuttle to dinners ,I wish I took everyone's name all the way from the staff at front desk to the servers in concierge ,the girls that cleaned our room and meeting our sweet manager....

The food on the 7th floor was great morning and night and we loved the relaxing in pool,hot tub,sauna,and fire pit...even though none of us are Golfers the resort was amazing....I would recommend this place to everyone....
