I just purchased my car yesterday. From the moment I walked in, I was never hassled or given the "Hard Sell." After dealing with the unprofessional salesman @ J...ohnny Londoff for my last purchase, it was very refreshing to be listened to. The salesman @ MC was not a B.S. artist, and I got exactly the car I saw online. Other than waiting longer than I'd like to get all the papers signed, my experience was the best I've had since 2001. This past April, I went car shopping with my 2 & 4yo children and the salesman asked if there was "a time i could come back without my kids to test drive some c...ars"...umm no! I ended up buying from a dealer who welcomed me and my kids, went on several test drives and actually helped me put car seats in and out of every single car for each and every test drive. I would not go back or recommend MC to my friends or family. See More

Offered me 5k on a truck worth 16 and lied and said that's what nada said. Total rip off. They tried to tell me it's a small market for these trucks as I'm looking at them on their lot way to take advantage of people.

I had several issues with customer service and just general rudeness. They recommended I have service done that I had recently had performed somewhere else, th...en could not give me any sort of information to take back to the original place to figure out what they had done wrong, which makes me think the recommended service didn't actually need to be done. They broke the footrest off of my car while it was in for service and did not tell me, insinuated that I was lying about when the footrest was broken, and made getting it repaired a much bigger hassle than it should have been. I have never felt so lied to or taken advantage of during any other car-related process in my life. See More

I took my truck in for an oil change at 12:30 pm on Thursday June 30th. They call me at 5pm and said they would not be done with the truck until Friday morning.... They called me Friday evening at 5:55 and told me they were finished with the truck however they close at 6pm so I can pick it up Saturday morning. I go to pick up my truck Saturday morning and there is a huge dent in the passenger side. The manager then tells me it was there when I brought it in when it clearly wasn't. Avoid this facility at all cost!! Very careless dealership. See More

I probably shouldn't write something before my car is taken care of. We called on Monday to make an appointment. Could not get it in until Weds., when we call...ed, we told them we would need a ride home, I had to wait an hour. Then all day yesterday, never heard back, so I finally called later in the day and they had not looked at the car. So I was told that we were third in line for the next day, and would hear back about ten. At 12:30 I finally called them, got the bad news, but more frustrating than the expense of the repairs, is not yet getting the email with details and also not getting the two or three call backs. Called again, said the guy was at lunch and would call me in ten mins, guess what, the ten mins are up. I know that they are swamped, but we don't have a second car and we are paying them and why don't they discount our cost for the time of mine that they have wasted. See More

Horrible customer service! Very rude ppl! They take your money for a diagnostic and fix nothing! And transfer you back and forth but can't answer your questions! Very incompetent!

Took my jeep there for a recall. They left the ignition cover half off, they said they inspected it. The truck had no oil on the dipstick, the tire pressure light was on. They half assed my truck, lied about the inspection. This place is trash

I bought 1 2015 jeep renegade from the Lindberg store and at 1000 miles it started shifting funny and the power locks quit working after 2 trips to service and ...2 weeks with out my car I was told if you buy the more expensive model they fixed the issues so I took a hit on the first one and traded it in lost a bunch of money and bought a more expensive renegade from the jerseyville location and I think it is a bigger piece of crap after 30 to 40 updates and 3 weeks of dealing with jeep corporate they are saying it works as designed and refuse to fix it. If at all possible stay away from marty cancila and just say no to dodge jeep ram fiat there all junk and have no customer service. See More

Dropped of my vehicle for the second time in a week due to them not putting my steering wheel together properly. Got a rental car. When I picked up the car all ...the windows were down and the air was on. Didn't think twice about it as it was almost 80 out. Came home and parked it. Five hours later I went out to put my daughters car seat in the vehicle and upon opening the door I was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. I contacted them about it 30 minutes before they closed and was told a manager would get ahold of me. It is now Sunday morning and still have not heard from anyone. I refuse to drive this vehicle with or without my child in it. If I were to get pulled over with her in it I could have her taken from me by DFS!!! Thanks Marty!!! Avoid them at all costs!!! See More

Worst place ever!! They fixed my flat tire, didn't put in for my warranty as they were supposed to. I've had to contact them on numerous occasions. Pat, the ser...vice guy is a liar. Chris the service manager is a liar. Just because I'm a female they thought they could pull a fast one on me. If you are new to the area and need a reliable dealership to service your vehicle-- I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague! See More

The service and repair dept employees are always courteous, professional and make you feel that they are grateful to provide customers service. The wait is never too long and Marty Cancila DCJ has a very comfortable waiting room. They even provide fb service, it's great!!!

I purchased a new 2015 jeep from this dealer in February. They stated that the jeep has air conditioning. Well once I tried to use the air it wasn't working. I ...took it to the dealer and was told that the jeep didn't have air nor could it ever have air. The salesman them acted like he was in complete shock. They did nothing to resolve this issue the sales manager never apologized nor did he even seem remorseful. The salesman them states that they couldn't find another jeep to replace mine. This place is a joke of you want to be taken advantage of them use this place. They are a JOKE! See More

The price they advertise on jeep grand Cherokees is a lease price. Their website shows it to be dealer discounts and its not. I drove 3 and a half hours to find out the hard way. Would not recommend going to this place, I've bought over 10 new cars and this is my worst experience ever.

We had an appointment to meet someone. Had to wait around to see him. Then he shoved us off on a pushy and rude salesman. We were a for sure sale, but we went somewhere else and bought a car. Will never go back.
