You all just picked up our car, telling us that the deal fell through after having the car for almost a month. I seen an advertisement just like this one, went in and my wife and I were very thankful ...for you all helping us out under the circumstances we gave you. A hand shake and signed paperwork and we were on our way with our new car. 3 weeks later (yesterday), you call us, telling us to return the car because the deal didn't go through? Our salesman Martin was nothing short of amazing. We have a two year old daughter who isn’t the most patient so we were dreading spending a whole day at a dealership to get two new cars. Martin allowe...d us to do most of it over the phone and we did have to go in, he was very respectful of our time. We bought two brand altimas and we love them! Martin even went out of his way to install my daughter’s car seat in my new car! He is truly exceptional. I have never had an unpleasant experience at Melloy. I never enjoyed the haggling involved in buying a truck and that never happened here. Eric Montaño went out of his way to make sure the Titan wo...uld work with my gooseneck trailer. The service team has always been great, Mike Anderson in Service has always been top notch. During my last service visit, Adrian sat down with me and went over the inspection...didn’t try to “sell” anything, just gave me a heads up of what should be looked at on the 15k Service. Went with a referral from my mom and asked for a specific sales person. They said they were going to do whatever they could to get us in a car because we were referred to them. We only ended up to this specific sales guy a few times. It felt like he was avoiding us the whole time. He then sends some financial guy to talk to us. I was told they would not need to run my credit again because we went to the tent sale a couple days earlier. Then he comes back and says they shredded all my info from the tent sale but that he would only do a "soft inquiry" of my credit. Well he lied, and my credit went down 31 points! I am livid! And we didn't even end up getting a car. They wanted $4000 down!!!! And they didn't even offer anything for my husband's car for a trade in. See More

I'm so GRATEFUL and excited. I was without a vehicle and I walked out with a 2018! I am very pleased with all staff including the Lyft driver who took me there he was my Angel. In the past I bought ...two used cars and they lasted me very long time from Melloy. Melloy is the only place I get my vehicles. Thank you. This car will get paid off then I can get another car. I must say I walked into Melloy Nissan already feeling defeated. I was still paying on a vehicle through JD Byrider. Jadd was so pleasant when I first got there. He listened to my concerns and needs o...ut of a vehicle. Jadd had me test drive a few cars and then we started the application process. I was still at that point expecting them to say they were unable to help. He came back telling me that I was approved he just needed to know what color of vehicle. Jadd was there every step of the way. Then there was Eric in finance I must say he was nothing short of amazing and patient also. He was patient with all of my questions and as well my 6 yr old. I must say the whole finance team and Rob Melloy were all wonderful. JD Byrider kept calling expecting me to pay payments until the buy out was finished and explained that there could be a possibility that the deal at Melloy may not go through. The finance team and Rob Melloy all were there every step of the way and were there to reassure me that deal was solid. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Nissan Sentra and this was only possible at Melloy Nissan with the help of the finance team and Jadd. You all are great thanks for getting me and my kids into a better vehicle and putting the needs of my kids first. See More

My daughter and my mom have their cars thru Melloy, they’ve had no problems that were major. My mom’s concern was quickly handled to her satisfaction. When my mom gets her oil change I usually come ...with her to look at the Jukes. I didn’t see any on the lot the last time I went with her, maybe I wasn’t looking in the right place. But nevertheless, my plan is to buy a Juke towards the end of 2018 (still saving for a decent down payment) I’m hoping Melloy will help me then. See More

We went into Melloy Nissan on Sept 29th because we got a pre-approval letter from the bank. We test drove a 2017 Nissan Sentra with the salesman Alex, long story short he came with an offer that we to putt $1000 as a down payment and $665. We informed him at the time we can only put $300 as a down payment thanked him for his time and was about to leave. Alex said let me see one more thing before you leave and left. He came back with a paper that said, "Ok you win" we will give it to you for $300 down and $485 a month. We accepted the offer and left with the vehicle. Complaint number 1 is I got a call that said they could not find financing and I had to return the vehicle. Why would they give us an offer even saying “Ok you win” if they didn’t have financing, we were ready to leave the dealership but they stopped us to give us this. My second complaint is since I have returned the vehicle I have gotten 3 calls asking us how our vehicle is like it is a joke to the dealership. I have also gotten 3 emails after I have returned the call saying how happy they are we purchased a car from them. We have already gone to another dealership gotten the vehicle we wanted with a less monthly payment. I will be placing this comment on all the customer comment sites and I have also forwarded this to Nissan USA corporate complaints. See More

Bought a a 2018 Versa did not come with automatic windows or locks. My husband got it for me I was not happy with the car so less then a week later my husband emails the sales guy. He never returns th...e message so I call and ask to speak to whom ever is his boss. At first he tell me to give him some time to look I to it. After a few days he call me and days pretty much their is nothing he can do. I told I hurt wanted a car I would be happy with and he would not help us. So I'm stuck with a car I hate. I'm freaking paying $18,000 for a car I hate. I will never do business with Melloy. I will never send anyone over their. Horrible experience. See More

Was lied to by jadd just to get the sale. Bought a brand new Nissan Pathfinder was assured they would put a tow package on it before I purchased the car. Sales person says part manager not in come bac...k in 2 day and when I came back they said they would not take care of it I feel cheated and would never buy another thing from Nissan and definitely would not recommend melloy Nissan to anybody worst experience buying a car in my life See More

Went to buy a car today, yes I was going to be upside down but they refused to show me the numbers they calculated and they were pricing the car $9k more the the internet sale price and $3k more th...en the msrp. I have bought several car here but seemed like they were wanting to make some major profits. Not happy and would not recommend anyone to Melloy Nissan. See More

We are repeat customers of this dealership (new 2004 Maxima, new 2011 Pathfinder and used 2017 Maxima) and we will not be back. We found a used 2017 Maxima on their website which I negotiated with the... online sales rep and the sales manager with and came to an agreement on the price. We drove down from Farmington to look at this car and other cars and decided to buy this one just after lunch. When we made the final deal we were very clear that we had our own financing lined out and that the bank was ready for the deal sheet to complete paper work for us to take the car that day (Saturday). Our salesman did what he was supposed to, but the sales manager and finance manager drug their feet in an attempt to push the deal past the closing of our bank to force us to do financing through them. We were very clear about needing to get out of town and back home to Farmington and they completely disregarded that. It was a very frustrating experience and should have been one of the easiest car deals there could be. Not only this, but I was promised a "bird dog" fee for sending my brother to them 2 days earlier and he bought a car. They never made it happen after repeated calls by me trying to get the fee paid to me. I do not recommend buying from Melloy Nissan unless you are willing to get hassled around. See More

Do not use Melloy collision center.. had my Car for over a month and still had to take it back. We were told by rick that he “was the middle man” and hadn’t heard of anything on the day he told us th...e car would be ready.. we’ve already been told multiple times on different days that the car would be done and we are still waiting.. horrible experience.. if only they could see what’s broken the 1st or 2nd time.. Good selection of quality cars, and we were shown one we really liked. BUT we were asked our budget very specifically at the beginning of the 2 hours we wasted there, we were asked our budget and we m...ade it clear that we would consider seeing ONLY cars within that price range, or a couple thousand above. Our fault for not pushing the sales person, Alejandro, to reveal the sticker price on the car we liked even though he assured us over and over that it was a car within our range. After having our credit checked (again, our fault for not putting our foot down) he revealed a sticker price 6k over our budget. The manager, who Alejandro said he had talked with to determine cars in our budget, said there was no way to get the price down to what we wanted and that we were looking at the wrong cars, and he could suggest some others. We probably would have been happy to purchase from them if they had been honest and worked within our financial limitations in the first place. But after wasting 2 hours in the sun while I am 10 weeks pregnant, I won't go back. See More
