I would like to know where the money is going. We have all these car dealerships and are adding more, yet so many of our streets still have only county lights and no sidewalks. It is dangerous for a l...imited number of street lights in neighborhoods and no sidewalks.

Merriam Drive gets lots of traffic, has nice street lights, and other improvements, but not many people go down there. I guess you only need a new (used) car only so often. Maybe we can do something to bring in needed entertainment or retail venues to this area? Any ideas?

I love Merriam. I love the quiet. The only thing I don't like? The dumb silver balls in the park. Other than that? I love it. Such a great place to live.

My family and I LOVE our city! Merriam is like a perfect hybrid of the best things about KCK and the best things about Johnson County.

This is a beautiful fun place to live.
Lots of parks and trails to walk.
You have a mix of new and old not just another small city.
