I tell my kids that if you are going to eat it you should know and respect where it came from. It’s amazing how much more willing they are to taste it if they made it!

So life got in the way of a healthy breakfast. Had to settle for a cup a coffee on the run. Instead of dwelling in discouragement I decided to rally in motivation for lunch! Thin everything bagel with roast chicken, mixed greens and sweet peppers accompanied by beautiful mixed berries and rainbow carrots.
