made two order for gun parts both time it was the wrong part got stuck with shipping both time tota...l was $26 was informed by midwest there is nothing they can do when will they take some responsibility been working on guns for forty years and never had problems like this very poor company to deal with See More

They had the parts I needed (the reason for more than one star). I needed a buffer and guide rod for... my buckmark. Midwest was the only place I could find the guide rod but wanted almosted 3 times as much as midway had the buffer listed for. Their shipping is outrages. Not only is it overpriced, it’s exceptionally slow. I contacted them before I placed my order to ask if their base shipping would get it here by the date I needed it, they reassured me it would be. 6.99 for 2 parts that weigh less than 3 ounces is insane!

I contacted customer service to voice my concern that my parts weren’t arriving by the date I was assured they would be. I was basically told too bad! See More
