If you were watching the broadcast tonight, you perhaps heard me mention my time in Tampa is coming to an end. You'll still see me on air over the next week and half but this is my last weekend show. After 4 years at USF Med School, my wife has gotten into an anesthesia residency at Georgetown Hospital in Washington DC and I couldn't be prouder of her. Unfortunately, that also means we've got to move from the place we've called home the last 4 years. From my first weekend her...e, the Fox13 family has accepted me in as one of their own. And likewise, you all, the Fox13 viewers, have accepted me into your homes on a weekly basis. I'm going to sorely miss Tampa Bay, all the friends we've made here, and all the viewers who have welcomed us in our time here. And I'm going to miss coming to work with the best everyday at Fox13, and the entire Fox13 weather department.
One last thank you to everyone on here...you're comments below and over the last couple of weeks have meant so much to me. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate the kind words and blessings for the future of my career and family. This page will stay up, though I'll be taking a step back over the next couple of weeks as I ready my move. Once I can, I'll update you on my next step!
For everyone wondering, I'm still heading to DC but my last day isn't until Wednesday. It's always nice for Mother Nature to throw one last curveball before I head up though
Watching Invest 98L in the Gulf...will bring us loads of rainfall over the next few days
