Fantastic place! I've just come back from a hen weekend and to be honest was going to take up squatters rights as I didn't want to leave. Near enough civilisation but far enough away for you to hear n...ature on a morning and night. Can't recommend these enough, owners very helpful and friendly. Each lodge is secluded by trees so jumping in the hot tub is private. I will be back!! See More

A great place to spend time with family or as a little getaway, quiet and tranquil! Just the place to re charge the batteries as the hot tub is a welcomed bonus.
The staff were very helpful and accom...modating and the lodge provided us with all the mod cons required for a comfortable stay especially if your an eco warrior!
My only down side would be this particular area didn't have a park or much for young children to do but if you have a car there are activities a couple of miles away.
Would like to explore the other areas they have on offer in the future 😊

Amazing! Recently got home following my 30th birthday, we hired Robins Lodge and Flycatcher Lodge. First of all the communication I received from Helen and Suzanne was great - no question too silly an...d no problem too much! And Secondly my welcome from Helen on the arrival date so so warm and welcoming! I basically made her skip with me to the lodges I was so excited she ensured I had all her contact information and made me feel at home! Suzanne paid me a visit to congratulate me and ensure my stay was perfect. The lodges were so clean, and fully equipped with everything you need! I can't thank you guys enough for being so thoughtful and we are already trying to plan for another weekend! see you soon! See More

The competition has now closed and we are no longer accepting entries. Thank you for your amazing name suggestions! We will look over them and decide our three finalists.

We will announce them on Tuesday at 8pm. After that voting will be open until Sunday to decide the name for our new lodge!

Really enjoying reading all the great bird names! Keep it up!
How many will you spot in your garden this weekend when you do the Big Garden Bird Watch.
Our bird feeders are full and ready to watch.
Happy Saturday everyone 😀🦅

We need your help!

In response to guest demand for smaller accommodation, we are converting our reception into a cosy lodge for two. This will also be our first lodge that will accept one and two night bookings. However, first we need a name!

All of our houses are named after British birds so we want your suggestions. If your suggestion wins you will get a free three night stay in the new lodge!

To enter, “like” our page and then comment on this post (not the photos) with your name suggestion. We will then select three finalists and post them to Facebook for our followers to vote on. You have until midnight on Sunday.

Look forward to seeing your suggestions!
