Morgan was attracted to downtown living because it's walking distance to this leash free park. Thanks Morgan for expressing the views of many people downtown that depend in this park, many of whom think of this leash free park as central to their decision to move downtown.

Seth decided to move to Austin during a visit to Auditorium Shores and wants all of Auditorium Shores to stay leash free. He doesn't believe the reasons stated for the changes are justified.
