WARNING! Our beloved Ms Joan’s Cupcakes is no longer owned or operated by Ms Joan.. and boy can you tell. I’ve ordered cakes from here for 3 years for my daughters. I paid $65 for a cake that looked l…ike it came out of Jewel Osco (nothing against them but for $65? No. For $18 pre-made? Sure.). I messaged Ms. Joan’s about my disappointment and was basically told I didn’t give the girl who took my order enough direction. Since then my emails have gone ignored.

I am so sad about this... I loved Ms Joan!!

Oh no!!! Took one bite & knew something was wrong. They were smaller & gummy. Buttercream was too loose definitely not Miss.Jones cupcakes. It’s been my favorite guilty pleasure for years. Amanda and staff bailed me out of tough jam this week, when a previous vendor I ordered Desserts from for our customer failed to deliver on time...I searched found Miss Joan's on internet and they bai…led me out same day!!! I had an amazing experience with Miss Joan's Cupcakes. I am from Canada and my boyfriend Xavier lives in Chicago. He trains at a gym in Naperville and was planning on being there on the day of his bir…thday. It was his big 30th birthday and I wanted to do something special for him. Being countries apart this was not an easy task. Hannah from Miss Joan's was extremely helpful. She helped me to chose the best cupcakes, and made sure everything was arranged perfectly to ensure Xavier's cupcakes would be perfect. She explained all the flavours and what were customers favourite in great detail to help me pick the best flavours.

My nickname for my boyfriend is button and i wanted to incorporate that into the cupcakes. Because I called in short notice, they were unable to make the buttons for the cupcakes. Hannah knew how much it meant to me and that I had been away from my boyfriend for 6 months. She offered and didn't hesitate to run to the store, pick up some real buttons in his favourite colours and put them on the cupcakes. It meant so much to both of us. It was simple buttons on the cupcakes that when he opened the box made him feel the love I have for him. Xavier loved the cupcakes! He said they were amazing. I wish i had a decent photo but he dipped his fingers in there before he remembered to take a photo.
It's customer service like this that makes a company successful. Thank you to Hannah and the staff at Miss Joan's Cupcakes for making this special birthday surprise possible. It meant it a lot to both of us ♥ Afficher la suite

I would highly recommend this bakery for any occasion. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. We ordered a cake for our twin daughters 1st birthday in a winter wonderland theme, and it was absolu…tely gorgeous and delicious!! Love Joan and team! The cupcakes and cookies are DELICIOUS and beautiful but more importantly, Joan is the best and will do anything she can to help make whatever you are trying to achieve come true!… Every cake and cupcake order has been beyond expectations! Today I called to order cookies with very short notice and Joan made it happen despite an extremely busy day! Thank you for amazing treats but more importantly thank you for caring! Fantastic Thanksgiving cupcakes and turkey cookies. Loved the apple pie, pecan pie, pumpkin and of course the turkeys. Can't what for the Christmas cookies-yum!

The glazed donut tastes like real donuts! The red velvet is to die for! I can't say enough about the quality of the cupcakes at Miss Joan's. To top it off it's a family owned business. Can't wait for my next visit
