Oh how I wish I still drove, I'd be on the road from Florida right now. I lost my last feline after a long, healthy 20 years together. Her name was Cuddles but more affectionately known as Q.B. as in Queen B??ch of the Universe. Perdita would be a perfect fit for me.

Since the adoption is free I'm concerned some demented person will adopt her just to torture and kill her. Sad!!!

Cat Starnes
We adopted a cat like this a few months ago. It's taken some time but Larry is doing much better and actually will allow us to pet him but sometimes i think it's just so he can bite us.

I'm an animal healer and would work with her for free if I weren't so far away. She likely has trauma that can readily be released given the proper support. I'm sure you can find an animal healer in Asheville that would help this cat out. Poor kitty. It's tough being so anti-social.

Everyone wants Perdita, but there or other animals that need your love and patience just the same. If you are able to open your loving home to an animal, please consider adopting the other animals.

Did she have a thorough health check? Is she declawed? If not, maybe she just needs some kitty prozac.

I will donate $50 for her to be accepted and loved by one with love and patience in their soul. That is what this beautiful cat needs, none of us know what circumstances she endured before in her life. Let's move her forward to a loving home.
