So this is actually a more important reason, and you know what I went to the board of elections and I actually showed us the machines. they showed us, you know they're making. You've been on the ground a lot and you've been speaking with a lot of individuals you've been getting the pulse of a lot of people who are there in Long Island and it doesn't matter the race. It doesn't matter the gender, but you feel you're picking up the same exact thing right. People being tired. People are Fed up. they're not going to listen. You know everybody keeps saying Cindy can't win the seat. It's a D plus for the Republican Party in Nassau County and in the six years or three terms of Kaen mice has one they she was an open seat. They never put up somebody who they felt they knew was gonna lose, but I'm actually bringing attention to this seat in a National way. I have I received this week, the National Republican Trust Pack. That's a. I mean, I'm getting National exposure Doctor Kevin Skinner, the former assistant to Mike Pompeo, has endorsed me I mean I have loads of National, dass Scott's now all over the news every day at the White House. We're supposed to do with all the other night and they were getting ready for the executive orders. so the White House is more important than me, but I'm gonna have it again. I mean, and now I got like the local NRA right to life. You know all those kind of groups supporting me. Party Patriots are the Libertarian Party called my opponent Douglass Doman a fraud he tried to get on the line with fraudulent paperwork, but you put up Minnesota and I wanna bring up a very important point. Minnesota before Amy Clovis show was a star. It was Alf Franken and we talked about Democratic bullying and I keep telling people it happens in both parties the wrong way yesterday. I shared my page an article that exposed outright lies about me from my opponent. Douglass Doman first of all my opponent went on my Facebook page to attack me and all my years in politics. No one has ever seen that that shows how amateurish she is, and then not only was he bullying me, but he kept stalking me with people from his team that worked with him from work in the town of Hempstead and in the Republican clubs, all of a sudden. Donald Trump I mean, do I need to 2016? This is a legitimate what I mean, I have the record and then he starts threatening to sue me the ultimate bullying a woman from his own words on my Facebook page so people it happens the streams always the a OCs and that raney Republicans. That's why you must go out and vote in this primary. Yes, you have to vote You. I mean now listen, you said Day-I and I'm like WoW. We're talking about pulling out a dinosaur here-I'm the whole perfectly the me too. exactly I see and that's that's what it's instead of creepy. We're tearing down so much. We're just tearing tearing down and we're not building up and this was one this is one I thought was really interesting. Do you. The people tearing down these monuments and the statues and monuments are the ones who perpetrated those crimes against you and your ancestors if you allow them to erase their history, what stops them from erasing yours and see so I've been planning that for five years with oversight and education classes because this is key why we're having all this hate now because the 30 years we have a failing public school system that we have the. Curriculum is being exposed internationally globally with multiculturalism coming out of Qatar paid for by the George Soros of the world, and that is the problem. All these people are coming out of schools without self esteem with the added feeling of independence, you know, instead of 1520 days already of writing, why don't we have? we did it he had. He was saying Yeah, and it's time now to take that energy and say in honor of George Floyd, let's really make a step towards bettering ourselves. So we're not putting in a situation that we confronted from with police in the first place and we actually work with police that we actually talk about safety in our communities and working together and embracing law enforcement considering so many involved in law enforcement are african-american. Yes and. What I'm glad that you said that because of fact again you're not denying the reality of the loss of life for George Floyd, but you know what as as long as America stays in the anger and the frustration we can never truly heal. We can and media is constantly pushing this and and what's and see and this is the one that really gets me more than anything else is the media is in. it's nonstop coverage of all this finest Karen Let's find this this racist moment. let. This thing and I'm like and you keep feeding this to the people to keep us divided and right now. you can't have United America. We can't be unite on one United front for freedom because there's so many people who want everyone to be free in this country. It's not just one segment group. It is everyone Liberty is for everyone, but the media keeps selling this message that it isn't and last night with an African American conservative who also happens to be an a Muslim who agrees with. We say you know what we don't discuss enough because they're afraid to speak up the man of conservative Muslims, who are voting with Trump, who then come since 2015. Don't forget yesterday was the it was the the fifteenth was the anniversary of days already of the escalator the famous why that started everything that everybody said it couldn't be done that don't listen to the poll. Because I can tell you my experience, I know I'm giving out more signs. We're voting for you. We have you in our Whatsapp groups. We have you in you know whatever it has to be. That's making the phone calls, but we just don't want the black Lives matter to come and tell us our House that yes, that's what's going on now. So don't listen to anything and get out your convictions and that's why New Jersey Connecticut places new-york. Yeah, you know when you were just talking in the second year about the whole idea of the Black Lives matter, there's a lot of people who are angry because they believe that their message has been hijacked. So here's my thing If you want the rest of America to come in and support you if you really are for trying to make certain that blacks can be recognized and now the my mind you the President has already passed. you know, prison reform, You know criminal Justice reform. Last year, the last couple of years, people are actually coming out. He's freeing more people than you ever could imagine and it's in this reform and now even we have also with what he did yesterday with the new policies coming down on police reform and and as you sit here thinking okay. so the President is doing everything he can to try and let you see. I'm here for you. I want you to change the system. I have people who are fighting against me and changing the system. You really want to if you really wanna see these changes don't don't go from the lie of hope and change that really did not do anything but give you the status quo. Look at my record. look at what at what I'm doing now, the highest I mean the lowest unemployment in the black community in the Latino community, the market doing so strong as well as and and even now as the market tanked because of over 19 the market's going right back up now granted, I'm telling you Cindy is to drive me up the Wall. The governor has like thousands of people at the same place, and he told the President he couldn't have it because of concerns and then what is it in Oklahoma that you know what we're gonna have a convention out there and what is it like over eight hundred thousand tickets we're being was that. Oklahoma was at Jacksonville, where it Oklahoma and they even change the date He was getting called the racist cuz it's too deep. Yeah, you know working weight and I know what would've happened cuz I'm on the Diversity Coalition. you better believe all the black and Latino and everybody else who was a minority that want to go wouldn't have access. Oh definitely most definitely what Trump is really gonna get 40 percent of the voters of the minorities. even if DN NS gonna tell you no. They're gonna make every kind of story, but you know what's really sad. The sad thing is who put Joe Biden into the lead into all this, The all-time South Alan third ranking gym Clyburn, and you know what people like him who have too much power. It's like Maxine Waters who have too much power and instead of going for the opponents and giving them loads of money. go for the. Build up the Republican Party hold your nose of a local party People trust me they'll if they see you have a new voice and you have the power like myself. They're gonna embrace it because they won't fall apart in these days because the Democrats have played the game better at mobilizing the in our case like the New York State GOP and the National GOP, But people are angry. Yes, they really. I want you to look at the face of your fellow long Islanders. I want you to look at the face of your fellow New Yorkers. I want you to look at the face of everyone. Find some find the people who have that downcast look on their face, and you basically tell them smile because we're going to basically take our country back from these people from these politicians who don't care. It's time for us to come together. One United Front one United America, where we're basically saying we're looking for freedom for everyone and we're not we're no longer gonna tolerate this stuff. It's kept us divided because of our skin color. Of our gender, You don't we need to change this and we need to start having a dialogue that we can communicate with one another. I tell you go ahead. go where you're gonna say. I'm very important story to share with you, which is you just hit on the I had three meetings with the leadership in Nassau GOP cuz they've never worked with me. They never met me and I really was never involved and every meeting I heard the same story from the chairperson, A man in the. So who's local typical person and he said to me, I remember walking into the minority communities and he said Elmont and the black didn't wanna listen to us and I I didn't even get into who I know that are black that work with Trump all the Latinos that are working with me, the Asian community. I want the women and I walked out. I said, I never gonna get this nomination from the first meeting and I called my best friend and I said this guy is living in La-la land. He does not know what the basis is today. Yeah and we've got ANC and this is where we have to wake up people Cindy because I don't think that people realize I was talking to my buddy yesterday. yesterday I had him on and we're talking about the whole idea of winning of of of cuz. Out to Trumpers more than anything else right now in the United Front because I a never trumper. Okay, I voted third party in 2016. You know one of my buddies from my job. We sat there and we talked and you know and he was just telling me a lot of things about Trump that you know that was beyond what the media was basically saying about him, you know looking at Trump beyond the media beyond the candidate and like that, and what was great was a level of conversation where he could listen to me and I can listen to him. And I think that in that dialogue because it's definitely sound like that guy didn't wanna listen to you. we need to start having dialogues where we're sitting here. We're communicating with one another but what I'm asking the pro-trump people do not attack the never Trumpers basically look at them and just say listen okay. So you've had four years Right Now. Media can attack the President. All you see is negativity, but let's talk to me before 19. What was your wallet like what was your Bank account like what was your life like? You-know-who It depends because what I am I'm Long Island with so much between the state stuff going on and the high taxes of Nassau County. Yeah, it lasted up, but it's also been a disaster with the local Republicans and we had a flip flop. We actually flip flop the County executive three years ago, and it went for the first time and a hundred years into Democratic hands, and it didn't matter because from the top it is so bad. Yeah with Cuomo. Yeah. The trick you just can't control it. Yeah, and I actually agree with you. I'm not looking to stop with the I want my victory to say I want the Patriots to say you are that we help you build a Republican Party and waiting for your food. So let's do this. let's go to a break and we'll talk to everyone on the flip side. Fellow Americans. I don't know what you've been doing in the last several weeks as we've been on locked down as we've been told to stay home to go out not to go out to wear masks not to wear a mask again. The instructions aren't clear, but one thing is very clear. We all drop the ball in many ways. Now, I want you to be honest. I want you to do the reevaluation. I want you to understand where did you have the gaps? Where did you miss out and fail to be properly prepared for this? Case scenario that's happening right now, and if you are not going to be honest about it, the next time this happens and actually understand this when it happens again, not if it will happen when it happens. I'm praying that you and every last person who's caught off guard will identify the gaps identify where you've missed or not followed through properly on your preparations and do better also take inventory of. That you learn to count on in the midst of this crisis. look at the people that reached out to you. Remember them not the ones looking for something, but the ones who are willing to offer a hand or just make certain that there was a wellness check covered and everyone is doing fine again. I think that a lot of us were on trial even those of us who's listening to this message right now and I know if we do if we're gonna be honest about this, we know we can make improvements. it's time to make them. Why why can't the rest of new-york here that message? So I like to add to this my opponent Douglass Tillman because he's he's a novice. He's he's an engineer for the town of Hempstead. He's not a politician each thought he was gonna come in like mister know it all at first, he supposedly. I didn't listen to it, but I heard that he did a Facebook live with two black community people. I don't know who they are. I never heard of that and he ended up. Actually insulting people on it from what understand he tried to, he couldn't equate what was going on with George Floyd and police brutality, And then we were both interviewed by news day and the article came out and they're talking about our issues and he said something that he supports the protest of police brutality and racism, which is totally an AOC kind of situation because he has no experience understanding how minorities are working together with. President Trump so when I actually quoted that he called me a liar, but the reality is if you look at issue by issue specifically and situation, it makes a big difference, Me-I understanding and get you've got it doesn't happen overnight and change take place, but you are insulting the minorities who are in law enforcement and know you're insulting people like Watson, who is a. Abiding legal family man works two jobs doesn't put himself in positions. I know you've probably had experiences with police. You know the saying it happens. I understand that has to be addressed in a separate discussion but to get to the point of defending the police against what happened from a Republican thinking is going to Congress. It's like a joke it is. Is I mean I think this is something that came up with. I wanna show you this is what I said yesterday after hearing the President's speech on him approaching the issue of police reform, employing police and criminal Justice reform without having accountability from the public as it is like expecting to reduce debt without cutting up all the credit cards and changing the people's spending habits of people, you see we can make all the laws we can make all the rules to make everything more palatable for people in the community. but guess what if? Again and everybody wants I fairness, everybody says. I want fairness in how I'm treated by law enforcement. Okay. I understand that. but here's my question though, why are you breaking the law? Let's get to that reality? Let's not look for fairness in how you're confronted with the police. Let's look at the whole idea. If you're breaking the law, there are consequences to this action. Now, people will say, oh, and here's the thing about it. That's frustrating. are there are there? Unfortunately in authority who abused their power, yes there are but see when when we we attack the issue because of color because of gender rather than looking at this is American who doesn't value the rights of another American. That's when we have a United front when we come together, we're not looking coming together on color. We're not coming together. we're we're basically coming together as Americans can we have one United front to look at everybody as Americans, but when you have a Democrat who's basically now gonna go with this anti-cop. That's basically attacking police officers and you have these people who have this message that they're gonna start attacking American citizens. Bring us all together in his Americans that we wanna we wanna speak for one another, but if you make assumption about the Republican Party Conservative Party, you make assumptions that minorities don't care for Trump. I'm sorry, the media is doing everything that they can to hide the women for Trump The blacks for Trump, the Latinos for Trump, You know the. Jewish Americans for you know the Jewish Americans for discussed the record number of Jewish Republicans that are running. I'll be literally in my campaign, saying I believe I'm I know the other person, but this actually another Jewish school right, so I won't be it should be both when I have a better chance of winning my race and I do think I will be the first religious Jewish woman in Congress, but we don't discuss enough the Jews that are leaving the party. Also you brought up something else. We don't discuss enough that is something of of. And that is the Democrats to separate and a lack of a better word or conflict among Hispanics and blacks. That's how I love this in the school system and if we don't get a call with We don't you know, bring that together and embrace it first. That's gonna be the next one instead of Black Lives Matter. We're gonna have the war of you know Hispanic versus black. you know. Oh, no definitely I remember my football coach from Westbury. He told me this is in 2007, so this is 13 years ago. We're sitting out I had done a driven back to New York and he was telling me how and he was sitting in the couch in the town Hall meetings and he remembered 2030 years prior that there was this language where there were whites who were concerned about blacks moving into the community and thinking that the price that the price of the property is gonna go down and then he said that in 2006 2007 you're watching now in the in the same town Hall location that blacks have this. That Hispanics coming into the community is going to bring down the value of the property and so when you sit there and it's like, okay. listen if we take care of our neighborhoods, it doesn't matter who comes into the neighborhood. We all appreciate the value of our property, our home, our community and what message it sends. but like you, said Cindy, the Democrat Party will you're you will gonna we're gonna take this focus group over here You the Jewish community over here Latinas over here. Muslims over here and put everybody in the same group have them stand shoulder to shoulder. Have them have a discussion with one another and recognize we're all Americans, but as long as they keep us divided and as long as they keep us in our focus groups we we can't communicate and that's my thing is that you should, you said. You were just talking. you say you're just talking to a Muslim, a moderate Muslim. black pressure by them I'm getting so many media request through YouTube and Facebook so I can keep up and they will endorsing I mean you wanna talk about such a diversified considering even the endurance candidate from the republican party I have everything from earning conservative I had the night to lives I have a local and I have many go through the names African-american Well, they don't like you know Republicans have that Reverend Scott is a black who's is a Trump That's Kevin Skinner is a black Republican who worked with Mike Pompeo, who supports the President. I mean my angel mom is illegal immigrants to being I mean it goes on and on and on and on and it's just beyond how many people are coming out to endorse me because I. I represent everybody. I don't take anybody for granted and I hope I have experience working on a grass roots level see and That's and That's right there that right there because that term grassroots has been ignored for so long, Cindy That term has been ignored for so long because of the fact that you we need to be able to have that kind of voice because when when I look at the Democrat message. One day there this way one day there this way one day there this way one day this way. No you have to have the same package coming at everybody at the same time and right now, they're dividing us and and it's just it's a scheme of the devil to keep us all divided that we can't come as one United Front this whole to fund the police is really a big boy to get more money into education and to take it away from education lessons and more into education, social and. Social services and mental health because today and I maybe I'm not the right one to say it, but I listened to enough black leadership. The ivi the Kings, the dall Scott's the Burgess Owens you the breakdown of the black family in the past 50 years from the Jesse Jackson's from the Barack Obamas by the Reverend. Rights by Al Sharptons, I mean the list goes on That we promised what would they told them their churches We could do better by making babies, but they didn't say taking care of the babies and making them independent and proud. Yeah. Well that's really and it's I'm a White Jewish woman and I'm not saying this to be racist. I'm saying it cuz I wanna help solve the problem as much as I can because I hear it from so. People and you know, I hear a lot of black men who feel like why am I the target and I'm doing everything right? Yeah. Well. see I wanna tell you why I'm gonna tell you why Because of many of those names that you mentioned a few seconds ago, I mean everybody has this big image of all. Barack Obama was a great father man and everything like that. okay. So let's let's work with that for a second here if he's a fatherly man who teaches people to respect authority, Why is? President on a campaign to basically go around and undermine what the current President of the United States is doing now. A lot of people basically say well, he's gonna get Donald Trump back for the movement and all the different things. So let me get back to this whole idea where the Bible says, Don't repay evil for evil Christians. I mean you say that you say that Barack Obama's is godly man and you say that he's his fatherly figure what best way could any father teaches children and lead this community and telling them to respect authority, But you know. The best example is I'm sorry to cut you off for CD call the 19. I'm sorry and I'm here A million dollar donation from Michelle Barack Obama to something in regards to feeding people. No they bought a new House. Yeah. 50 million was a $50 million dollars $15 million dollars. I mean I think and think about this practice what you preach here is your chance to step in and we're gonna give all these speeches and everything like that. We're gonna charge the thousands of dollars for these speeches for us to come out and say anything and you and again.
