We get angry about what politicians are doing and we get angry about how we see the abuses in government and one of the things that makes us mad is our desire to say we wanna wrangle the next of the people who are not doing what they're supposed to. Well, one of the things that sometimes we're prompted to do is sometimes we're supposed to step up to the plate and do that. I have a guess who's gonna join me today. Your name is Cindy Gross. How are you doing today Good morning and welcome to your audience and I'm doing great. I actually have been one of those people that since this has begun has been looking every day for positives. looking for you know, thank God where a lot of we still have food. We still have clothes we could still entertain ourselves. I know working has been hard for a lot of people including myself and members of my family. However, I mean when we look at history and other situations around the world, we're pretty. Yes, we are, but Cindy, you know what here you're doing one of these crazy dastardly things running for office. I've eaten so you're basically saying that underwater toucher wasn't available and let's see there's a quite a few other different things that you can go through. you decide that you're gonna run for office and exactly where are you running for office? So I am running on Long Island in New York. It's one of the few seats that is not expected to be a seat that's competitive, but because of. Political backgrounds and work on multiple campaigns nationally and because I've been an activist in so many National coalitions and grassroots groups, I have found that my current Congresswoman Kathleen Rice, who is a three -term tenure person. It's not so well light. She's also she has been labeled what they called the moderate defense. However, there is Such thing as a moderate Democrat, there is no such thing as a moderate Democrat on a local state or federal level. Believe me when you're gonna see now in the next couple of weeks, the joining together whoever it looks like it is gonna be Joe Biden. I know that there's talks. They wanna change it, but it's gonna be very hard to change because then they're going to look quite unquote corrupt. he still been. Out there and he's joined forces and he has been raising money and awareness so my my particular race is a race that a lot of Trump people are in a lot of Trump voters. A lot of people are very upset that this is a woman who is a former district attorney that has spent the past two years actually not getting any legislation done that will help her. Or help fellow Democrats with tax payers around the country, but she has been tweeting and going around to where she can get invited to actually talk about impeaching President Trump even before the whole Ukraine Funk. Lost you for a second layer? Cindy. Lost your cool Well, she did that since before guilt, we'll see in the throne that you run into is so and here's the crazy thing about this. you put someone in office. You elect them to get something done here and the first thing that they do is they decided Hey, you know what I'm going to take out this President. It's like okay What about cooperation cooperation, let's let's work together as a team. This isn't about our party. This is about helping America and that's one of the things I love and this is this is in your cover. This isn't gain in your cover. It basic says in Congress, I will get government out of the way so our economy can continue to grow and more long long. now, I need to correct you on this, you said Long Island, but it's longer island Long Island can Long Islanders can have good paying jobs. You know what I'm not gonna lie to you. folks. This is a very this is a very sentimental thing for me because the fact that I am from Long Island I was born. In New York and this is one of those things that just it, it touches my heart. I have family members who are affected by what's going on in New York. right now, I own my cousin's husband, almost like he was on a ventilator and praise God. He came off of the ventilator and so he's alive and he's appreciates life but one of the things that I did see 20 - five years ago when I left New York was there are amazing for challenges. There were major problems. I did not think I can grow a family there in New York and I. It just didn't seem like it's it's the right ways and sometimes I just thought it was like assessment tool and honestly, I didn't feel comfortable coming back and here it is you're standing up to the plate. You're there you're in the trenches. you're you're in the war there to what where I felt like New York was a waste. you're there you're fighting and and I have to appreciate you on that because of the fact that honestly some people just basically throw up their hands and just say you know what let that place just to send to. I'm praying all the people that care about will leave New York. Let the let the let the monsters have it destroy it kill themselves off and then we can move back back in and try and restore maybe restore it. if that's possible. I have a couple of follow ups to what you just said first of all within my own district and I could gather your families probably from a Hempstead area or an Elmont Daria. We are the minority communities are yup they had the minority communities have been totally ignored for. Decades from I guess not just the Democrats, but in some respects, the Republicans I I'm on the I'm on adviser on the National Diversity Coalition for Trump and there has been no better President for minorities, then President Trump if people want to be educated if they have family values if they want a good job and independence, I mean just look at the crop of young millennials that are African American. Or that are actually they call themselves American and proud of it that are actually coming up to the plate standing up proudly for our President so Indiana that respect Kathleen lice has totally ignored them and I will do my part to work with them because I actually have access. I'll give I'll give you two examples. I've been getting phone calls from local grassroots people constantly telling me that like avocados. MMA, they need help with simple things like driver's license renewal. There's not enough mask in the community they need more food. I started yesterday. In fact, what's called one for New York for everybody has an extra close the box of food parents are sitting home trying to entertain their children. People are finding cleaning out closets, a closed toy, a brand new book People need office supply. They have an extra box of pens and extra an extra stapler. We are arranging to have safe pickups to go into every area of the district so that we could work with the communities and as far as New York, you would never recognize it right now. People are like falling over these two hour press conferences with Quavo and with the Governor Murphy and DeBlasio. the truth of the matter is right before the Corona virus started here in New York was being. By the largest exodus, losing two congressional seats probably in the census, I would taxes equate. We have a crazy bail reform that's going on Albany is in chaos so people forget while this besides the fact that Governor Cuomo was involved with the Hudson scandal that really affected housing, particularly in Middle class and minority communities. So. So you say, go ahead. I'm sorry go ahead. We'll see what this guy was involved in the housing Hud. he was in charge of had the housing when a lot of these situations began with the housing crisis. See that adult. see. Okay doesn't see these are the things This is the reason why everyone you're listening to Cindy Gross today. Here's someone again. I have not been back to New York since 2007. I have family members who still outlive out there, but most of them I believe. Have kept their heads in the sand and they don't want to talk about the issues. They just wanna live life like there's no tomorrow. I'm sorry. Cindy. I left 20 - five years ago because I said taxes are too high here. Everything is high thinking tax walking tax. you know just even blinking tax is too high. here you know in New York and you know I have family members and friends who still there taxes are so high and and you can't you can barely live you I live in Nassau County and here's one question I have for you too how many years ago was Hurricane Sandy. It has New York really even fully recovered from even Hurricane Sandy. Well, this is very funny. You say this because this is gonna be an issue that I'm bringing up next week Governor Cuomo in his press conferences keep saying how he's recovered so great from Hurricane Sandy. My district was the district that was perfect the most from Hurricane Sandy. There are residents in my district that have suffered the most and a still not fully you know compensated for their losses. They still haven't recovered from job losses homes and there are lots of questions with the female money that went on so anything tied to the federal government with the housing situation from Hurricane Sandy that quad keep saying it was done. Well well, I can introduce you to hundreds of constituents in my own area that can say Governor Cuomo's leadership did not help them see. That's a crazy part about it because again there's a lot of waves handling going handing going. I mean waving hands happening here and everybody's like Oh look at Mario Cuomo when he's he's so presidential and you know, I'm like wait you gonna skip all the primaries. You're gonna skip all the registrations. You can skip all the stuff to throw this guy here any. In the last second to try and try and say that this is gonna be fixed. No way. There's no way that you're gonna throw this guy in and and and I'm sitting here just I'm running my hands of everybody saying Oh, he's just he's got this great personality and you know they wanna throw out they wanna throw out Joe Biden now So let's let's flip over to Joe Biden for a second here because what is the atmosphere of people that you know who are who are basically who are able to discern Right from wrong, how many of them do you feel are able to talk about what Joe Biden's doing or what kind of threats? do you see coming because of Joe Biden being put in office? so I'll just gonna use my own example for New York, Four and New York Joe Biden was just embraced by Jay Street, which is an anti Israel anti-zionist Progressive left. Wing group In addition, yesterday, it was published that the the Democratic Black Caucus has been supporting Joe Biden and it gave me official endorsement My my opponent Kathleen Rice initially endorsed the beta will walk he dropped. He was wrong and then dropped out right away. Then he she endorsed Mayor Pete. We know that campaign went so now she's gonna. Along the sides of you know and go along party lines and endorsed Joe Biden, Joe Biden represents everything that she has been pledging to many of my constituents are Jews and Christians, zoning and supporters of Israel. They were very big in the past financial donors and votes for her now she's going to go along the lines of endorsing Joe Biden. I guess so he. Is and this is why there are no more moderate Democrats anybody. Whether it's me or other freshmen candidates must be put in and flip the House. we need 19 seats. They are not working for their constituents. They are not working for what real ideals of democracy and choice and freedoms for everybody. They are just looking for funds for a failing public school system. They are looking for bail reform for illegals they are looking to help illegal immigrants schedule. And money over at with tax payers, so it is a real mess and Joe Biden now is quitting. AOC. You know, it's stuff like that that would make you wanna drive drive drive yourself off the Wall. You know his biggest critics are people like Randy Weingarten and the public the teachers unions. Public schools David the least able to get on board with schooling and their parent accountability, is nothing so that their parents can't even deal with what's going on. I think I last week I saw Randy Weingarten on an interview talking about depression and mental illness and mental health. You know what part of this has to do with the failure of a public school system that Cannot deal with crisis exactly and and. So here's the thing about it cuz it drives me up the Wall. How is it that we're having all these problems here where again, he told you. these are the things that we need to worry about. Let's do America first and again America first even means Cindy going into your own state and taking care of that state helping the people that are in there because if you build each state one at a time if the governors who I consider presidents of every state, basically do their responsibility, do their due diligence because for me looking at what quote is doing how he's doing. This he's doing all this grandstanding in front of everybody. It seems like it's just a repeat, repeat of what happened in 2005 with Louisiana and with New Orleans during Katrina that DeBlasio is trying to make it seem like Trump doesn't care and there's a lot of Americans were so emotional and you have a right to be emotional as people losing their lives and everything like that, but to put New York's failings on the President of the United States of America is so incorrect and. It has to be fixed right now so that most Americans can actually look beyond a lot of the manipulative mind manipulation happening for the media and start thinking correctly because if they don't do this America is lost city at a time citizen at a time, and I just really appreciate your voice. That's getting out there and telling people wake up we we can't afford to be sleeping at the wheel, especially at this time. like you, said Rebuild America by Rebuild America by August and then when. We rebuild economy, then we come into the elections and we see exactly what's happening and you know cuz speaking of elections here is there any hope of especially with New York and how critical New York faces with its numbers? Everybody wants popular vote and everything like that to make certain that there there's a voter ID potentially in New York to prevent any kind of voter fraud, because is that an issue out there that it has to be consent. You have to be concerned about when I was gonna. Now, while you're sitting in the House to learn about your candidates, learn who stands with the President and with your policies and your beliefs if you believe in constitutional and civic rights and in school choice in second amendment, the right to bear arms if you believe in America, first and manufacturing in America, if you believe that. Country is made up of proud Americans from all backgrounds that are proud to stand with the President. Then this is what you must do. you must register to vote. Make sure you're voting donate to candidates even if you wanna donate 20, - $5 or a hundred dollars that have the chance to win New York is a great example, We have many candidates but a lot of them in the situations I'm not going to win some of them are friends of mine and they know it, but the reality is the votes are 20 - five Democrats to one Republican my seat, A three -term incumbent, had has not been raising a lot of funds. She's on the apps with Nancy Pelosi and she's not on the end with AOC. Wow have big funding in the past was with moderate Jewish Republicans in my district they can along with support her because her stand against Trump, who has been the best Values and freedom. That federal money millions of dollars was wasted because of the need of a Javits Center becoming a hospital or sending the the boat hospitals that will cost millions of tax payer dollars that we did not need. We now have extra ventilators that we don't need the numbers that came out of the Trump team were more accurate than the quad and of course. All the people in New York that are Democrats whether they're can there you are elected officials on a local state National level. I'm going to be supporting Joe Biden and a lot of them are actually already tied to my gloom, burg and his money so it is especially important to remember in a blue state like New York, even though the right now, the Republican and Conservative party, it's our really on not pop. And I'm not very powerful. There was still the grass roots. We have more to say than one County leader or a one state Committee person. We have the money and the voting power and we could actually pick up one or two seats in this state. That is surprises. We're not gonna pick up realistically somebody like a Jerry Nadler or other people who like really I'm tired of talking about because their districts as a. So highly proportionate Democrat voters, but there are one or two seats that I know of that are freshmen people running people that have not been in politics people that are on the Trump platform that are working for the people cuz they're working with the people. So look if you wanna know what's going on in the state like New York or New Jersey or Pennsylvania, or you wanna know what's going on when you live, you can contact me and. Will make sure the right people are you know about and that you could contact them because a hundred grassroots people that everybody gives money to and works and make sure the vote gets out is more valuable, sometimes than the old politics as usual. Well, that's good and I'm glad that you again like I said. I'm glad you have the end and being realistic about that, especially mentioning about the journey thing. The seat is that is that a possible so that was I mean I'm very good friends with the people want who the person who's running against him in the Republican, but the reality is there are just so many more registered Democrats don't forget she won in her district, not because of the typical old time Democrat, but because her hug area is filled with young millennial Progressive socialist Bernie Sanders types. So it's Todd. That's a. We've got to know and I can help the rest of the people who think like we do if you send me the funds that I could actually get on the ground and work with them. So that's why you'll listen is and I know I'm gonna be on regularly cuz yeah. I'm very happy that we have invited me to discuss these issues so that we can flip the 19 seats and gain seats. We can't just get 20 seats. We need to have 20 - 530 seats so that To have votes that go to the list minute depending on my pets running over to the Capitol, we are a strong enough group over here that should be able to fight for ourselves, just like what's going around on around the country now, with moving back to work and have the progressives, I mean another person that making a superstar The Michigan governor look what's going on while the chaos in Michigan so it. Blue States people that are tied to policies that are so anti-American to help everybody, but the tax paying Americans that are here legally that are working honestly that are educating their children and taking responsibility for their roles as parents and for providing a pride in their children and their future generations of this great country. Yeah, I mean, and it's. It's imperative that we start fighting and we start letting people see the truth and it's really sad because those millennials that I think that you're talking about that are in Alexandria Ocasio Cortez District we've got to figure out a way one of the things that I see in the process of this rebuilding of America and everything like that one of the things I I shared that graphic that I I shared earlier. I did a broadcast about this weeks weeks ago, where this is what the President was saying. We need to secure our borders. We need to bring businesses back to America. We need to be less dependent on other countries to survive. We need to take care of America. First, you know, and then I said you know because they were they were basically blasting the President, saying these those concepts were deemed as the raving aspirations of a lunatic with a racist, Zeno phobic and isolationist mentality. I was reading an article yesterday from the four forms magazine and talked about globalization still survive and then the whole idea of having a populous mentality of this country. First. Help globalism, It's like hey look we can help globalism Let America succeed. Let America rebuild itself you know because they're failed policies in the past the President is trying to help us recover from so we need to move beyond those failed policies and actually get back to you. What was it on the airplane? You put it. If there's a problem on the plane, you put your mask on first and then you help the person you help the other people get their masks on well. we hear the plane is falling down. Plane has been crashing because of the Progressive policies and and also too, and I'm glad you mentioned this earlier too the whole idea of the beauty. What is the BDS movement that that goes at that works this way against one of our one of our best friend Nations, a sister country Israel. no, we don't need policies like that that go out and attack our fellow countries we need to and we need to get rid of these horrific people who have no problem basically saying shouting and supporting the people who say death to Israel that has to come. An end there's a relationship there, and there is a there's a stronger relationship with the United States and Israel in the areas with the United States and France and the United States in England and and it's great that even in England, they're starting to wake up, they're starting to appreciate you know the bombastic nature of Trump because they brought that out in Boris Johnson and we're praying that he's healing really well in the process of what's going on, but there has to be this language we have to. Care of our communities First, we have to take our kids to take care of our country First and we can't do that as long as we have crooked politicians who are in office and silencing the voice of Liberty Freedom and an a moving successful America again. They are the people that I respect and that I look to to for mentoring and for the excitement of hoping to work with them very soon. for me, it's senators like Ted Cruz. And I mean those are the people that I love and that and and those are the people that I can help your listeners and followers with because our goals are to work together. We need help in numbers. It's not just one Congress personal ones. So that's why I need you to pull and help me win so that I could help a perfect example. I'm on one area. Long Island and on the total opposite end is Congressman Lee Zeldin, I have been getting calls daily. How can I get in do things that Liz Elden is getting first of all it goes to show you that Lee Zeldin is so and I'm very proud to say Lisa Friend but first of all Kathleen Rice is doing nothing. That's your answer right there number two. You have to quit when we talk and I don't like to bad mouth whatever but we have to question we have the local Republican people that are doing it. They're asking me because they know I do so much in Washington, DC and then I I actually if I can't get it done at least I put every effort into trying to get something done and try putting up people so I wanna go back to something you said to me yesterday late late yesterday. yeah. You gotta call about running in was it running in another area or can sitting another seat to pursue no. No. no, no. no. I got no because I'm running in a primary. Yeah, but you're in a primary was someone selling telling you asking you to read to divert your energies and in another direction though. I'd rather not discuss it at this point because I do want to apply my group here. I wanted to victor. I'm not looking to World War three okay, but I am not in West candidate because I'm not part of the typical boys club so to speak and I I am also I'm I am not a part of lifelong politics. I am somebody who's doing this because I have been asked by people who look at me as a future leader and who somebody. Approachable and respectable to get things done, Okay, so there's two things, she said in since two things, she said in there that I I don't think many of you heard first, she said. basically is that she's not part of the boys club. That's probably one of the things that has ruined our country for the longest time is that people decide that they take this not as they don't take it as a as a job, they look at it as a lifelong career and I think this is one of the problems that we run into is that there's no life. There's no vitality in this because a lot of people have basically been put on life support. And basically what the life support is the blood of of American citizens who are paying for them to do nothing. This. This is not what we need in office right now. we need someone who who has the fight who has a gusto and wants to make certain that Americans are being taken care of, but you can't do that with a good old boy system because it's not just again folks. This isn't just the Democrats that we have to be worried about. It's also the Republicans that we have to worry about and it could. Even Libertarians that we have to we have to worry about listen if you are in office, you've been in office so long that you are disconnected from your community like even Elijah Cummings. I mean this guy here he is in DC, the President, saying your city's rat infested your area is right invested. They're like there's not a look at that racism. He's coming out against him and then they're trying to do a video tape saying the President doesn't always talking about. There are no rats here in it. In Baltimore and just as they're finishing up the statement, a huge rat run comes out of nowhere and runs across the screen and they flip the camera in another direction because the fact that they received two billion dollars in before that broadcast like years prior and it never made it into the community. There was never restructured. There was never rebuilding because the good old boy system is about 11 thing and one. Only the good old boy system, and it's time for that to end. I've folks here as someone who has has the ability to speak to the right individuals to try and get the right conversations moving and we need to support her. So folks we need to turn this positive. We need it needs to be positive and honestly speaking of positive, you know what I I spend time talking about attitude of gratitude and rebuilding America, one of the things that we need to hear those foundations. Those beautiful stories. Yes, there will be pain. There will be those moments that we cry and we weep because the fact that it's a horrific things have taken place, but I I I think was it. I can't remember the name of the singer in the Nineties, but she was a Christian singer and she had a song called Beauty Beauty for Ashes. And I think that even we could find a beautiful moments in our history, Indiana our day Indiana our weeks and and it just brings about hope and that's why I do the attitude of gratitude. Coming out tomorrow about guru who has gone to the hospitals to feed both people who are patient and the medical staff to make sure that they have food during this crisis. There are loads of people and I consider what I am doing part of that grassroots unsung hero effort. Even I don't wanna praise myself, but that's the truth, but I do need everybody's help. I do need funds I do need. And I do need people sitting on their computers sharing information getting at Emails to all your friends.
