Well, one of the reasons I'm planning on going to Washington is because of the times now where legal reform is so necessary, our constitutional and civic rights are being challenged and a lot of ways successfully by the Progressive left, and this is nothing new, but it's now making headlines because we now have some. Who believe injustice and fairness and in the what our forefathers believed was what was morally ethically and legally correct, We are going to see more and more come out and what I'm trying to do with my situation is show people that we don't have the money or the personality and public figures. Is a stone who we don't know if we could still be going to jail even as things come out, Look what's going on with Paul Manafort and look how they destroyed Raj Michael Flynn well, I'm in a situation where I was trying to be destroyed and I was destroyed in a lot of ways professionally financially emotionally, but I'm here stronger now and I will be the voice in Washington DC for the average person. Regardless of whether or not you're a Democrat or Republican regardless of whether or not you actually believe in my case or not because I believe in innocence before guilt, rather than guilt by accusation, which is what is going on right now. And to see here's the thing about it. a lot of people don't care about the facts. A lot of people are not moved by the facts as information gets out there well, we're hearing you know cases. you know, I'm sure you've probably heard about the shooting that happened in Georgia. we had a similar shooting here in Indianapolis and what's really sad about this is that people don't want to ask the right questions everyone to get emotional right now in a date everybody with everything else Russia collusion Ukraine, you know. do you know the President not doing? What he is, but I mean this information coming out and you know the information coming out again. It's the information coming out of you know a Flynn the information coming out against you know Lori Laughlin I've and now we find out that the President, the former President of the United States of America, is probably gonna be highlighted in corruption far worse than what Nixon ever did in his life. We're looking at Spg, I want to point out your appointing about cases that are. Highlighted I'm talking about the average person. I'll give you an example, I get calls all the time from people because they no-I work locally There are people because of the bail reform in the sanctuary city state like New York, where today a rapist or a murderer can get out and then go and commit another crime, but because the waves are the way the laws are people can make full. Claims of abuse and because of the fear of something happening afterwards, taxpayer dollars are being spent on putting someone in jail unfairly with tampered evidence with false witness testimony with intimidation with perjury this goes on every day. My situation is a whistle blower retaliation in the New York City school system, and I'm finding out that hundred. Of people are like me and because people fear losing their jobs losing their financial futures losing their health benefits losing their professional reputations. They let the status quo quote go on the best the best information I can give you back. My story is to read and Powell's book Why Meadow Dot and what happened in Parkland he points at exactly how. Authorities new at hi pertinent information about school safety procedures about reporting mandated services. Everybody should be concerned about that because tax dollars every single day are spent on that. my situation was one of the longest if not the longest case to go against me where my opposition paid for transcripts and through their. Transcripts They're witnesses had conflicting testimony that later testify that I was right and they were wrong. We had a principal slapp, a child and a system principal Chok a student testimony about knives in school weapons, toy guns used as weapons to second graders and the arbitrator judge about it and said It's just a toy when you go on an. They call a toy gun, a weapon when you fill that international paper forms for to go through a clearance but for second grade in a Queen's New-york school that was acceptable and an arbitrage. The judge got six figures for sitting in his home. writing up a paper for this and he still wasn't satisfied with his salary. so he left right after my case. I'm not the exception. Unfortunately, there are hundreds of cases like this. there are people. That are losing their jobs because they're calling out schools that are not providing services such as mental health needs. That's become a very big issue now the public schools requiring they need more money because students are having a hard time dealing mentally with learning at home on computers and Governor Cuomo wants to change the whole school system and give it a a Gates which will be a total disaster. Oh it'll be a. Nightmare It'll be a nightmare if they do that, you know what you see folks when we sit here and we talk about this. I need you to sit down. I need you to be prepared because we're gonna show you some information and again. Thank you. We'll we'll do trickle-down logic here if they're willing to go after a four -star general if they're willing to go after a President of the United States of America, if they're willing to go after High-level officials, you don't think they're gonna come after you. hey, if you think that they're going to actually even target White Americans. Why in the world would you ever think that you're not on the radar for the people who are corrupt? Who are I just want to tell you you're talking about a White Jewish teacher? Well, I was in a school run by a black principal who stole money from the housing authorities was able to get her job back to her Democratic political connections, retired with full pension who actually called her. Her students on a on a schedule, blaming them for CP time. I didn't even know what that was. I was in award winning teacher my test scores that my school a lot of money, five figures as part of a third grade high-test, I had an assistant principal in my school who was sitting in the quote unquote administrators rubber room because in another school. Zack She was the assistant principal and immediate supervisor of a teacher who is now sitting in jail because he actually sexually molested second grade girls that principle is still sitting in a six figure job getting benefits. There's something wrong with our system and you talk about minorities. Most of these situations are hurting minority communities the most but the taxpayer dime. I'm not just minority dollars. they're White dollars the Asian dollars. they're young people's money and they're elderly who are retired and they're people who homeschool, but they pay their tax dollars. So this affects everybody and it doesn't just happen in the school system. I happen to know that school systems because I'm a teacher. I was a teacher and I get a lot of calls. Teaches it's happened in a district right in the end. We have a teacher was harassed for exposing the truth again, another corrupt Democratic local state official was sent to jail pleading had a was found guilty of of illegal doings, but it's allowed because just like what we're seeing with Flynn, just like what came out with Roger Stone yesterday evidence is Tampa. Witnesses of intimidated evidence is doctored up even created. People are paid off agencies, keep quiet or turn the other way and work together. Government agencies. you know, it's very funny when my situation happened, my Bloomberg was in charge. Mister Mike Bloomberg, who wasted a million dollars on a presidential campaign, but we don't hear much about him except he's gonna help Cuomo testing Couldve use that million dollars to help feed people across the country that is struggling to make ends. Meet. Yeah. Have to they have to protect themselves. Wait. this is the principle a mandated reporter who is supposed to follow state and federal social services guidelines of mandated reporting of suspicions of abuse and neglected a child and reports of safety in the schools and comply with one school report. The student with every witness every documentation. Every incident and yet here we have a principal under oath The mandated reporter designate admitting they refused to follow the guidelines of safety of a child at risk of being hurt abused neglected and failing school. You could see right there, it says, or reports that safety reports schools get. By having high safety grades so naturally, they don't want to report the truth and they get away with it All the time across the country in our tax dollars are paying for it, She reported me that I made up stories about safety yet here it is right here lies and a judge allowed it. And so we're sitting here looking at the data. we're looking at the data. That's right on top of us right in front of us and no one wants to no one wants to be concerned about how bad and how horrible this is folks. This is very troubling as we sit here watching this thing unfold right before our eyes. This is really problematic and we need to do different. Let's go to another one here get rid of that one and let's look at this one here. This is a case I reported a principal St. on the bottom and made the student cry a student with a history of issues in a home grades failing grades. I didn't even know this. It came out at my hearing that there were issues with ACS with siblings yet the principal made up an investigation. Lie to the investigators and the investigators at the Office of investigations through the mayor's office allowed it and signs off on it, risking the safety of this child, not only that the principal coordinated the mother to write reports about me and report me that I made this up here is the D- O E's witness admitting he got slack and you wanna know what the judge. He went at it so he called it a Pola to teach the principal gave you a pula. There was student witnesses who wrote statements there were other teachers that knew this child's behavior and everybody around the student allowed him to suffer. That's heartbreaking because the fact that here we are, we're seeing the corruption and we're being completely silent on the matter and what happens is a lot of people are gonna have to answer for the corruption. A lot of people are gonna have to answer for the imbalance of truth that's been taking place here. How can you be silent on this and a lot of you maybe hearing this right now is completely blowing you away. You don't exactly know exactly what's going on here. This is not me the parents that try to stay in the school system that would decent hardworking family people that had students that did their work. try their hardest wanted to learn and come to as a learning environment that was safe, supported me and use me as their voice. This is a black student, a black principal St. them right in front of the class. Wait, you're saying this was in front of a this wait wait. wait wait wait, you're saying this was actually in front of other students at this took place right in front of the class right by the blackboard, everybody sort of the door was open. He started crying hysterically. He says it right here. Oh, yeah I remember and you and you yeah. and then I went and when the principal slapped your butt while you're standing yes and you said the principal. And she was serious right. Yes. okay and it goes on and on, do you remember telling saying in front of all the other students that you were gonna tell your mother that the principal slapped you. Oh. yeah, I remember. Instead, the principal and the mother because the mother was in a custody issue with the father brought up a bogus about me and complained about me. See me with breaking confidentiality of reporting things which is against the law and retaliated against me for exposing the truth See and here's the thing about it. folks you in my in the company that I work for we go through training and everything like that. you know this whole idea of you know you ask you tell you you report when things are going bad and you and and there's no fear of retaliation that you don't have to worry about this. You know what if it Oh so. Gonna report against the President of the United States and he intimidates witnesses and things like that. we have high level you're looking at or you turn a blind eye to the corruption that's happening on the high level and you make up these things in your mind and what happens is this is what frustrates me is that there's so much projection of evil on conservatives of the evil that progressives are doing again. That's why you're gonna have a lot of local elections in June and may you're going to have a lot of primaries. you're going to have a lot of discussion. And people are gonna be inundated whether it's gonna be here or whether it's gonna be on the multiple websites when you go on to your social media, don't just check something you like it actually read the material and see what's accurate and what's not because we have to be the Warriors for the future and one of the reasons I'm going to Congress. I'm sorry I'm going into Congress is because I wanna be one of those freedom fighters that stands with the President that works with Jim Jordan that support. Civic and constitutional rights. I'm gonna tell you folks we have to be diligent on speaking out against the corruption that's going on and you're right even Republicans even Republicans are being caught doing in just horrific things, turning a blind eye to the corruption, turning a blind eye to the abuses that happens in our country, and you know there's sometimes I'm looking at the I'm trying to figure out what he's trying to do in there. I'm like, okay, let me pause and see is there something is there some cause to what he's? And what are you saying because a lot of people think about the number of people who help who hate Massey who hate Massey just for what's wanting some level of accountability? look at the number of people who hated Ron Paul Rand Paul because of that, he just wanted a level of accountability because everybody just wants to spend spend spend spend and I think that's one of the most dangerous things in this time. Do people need help? Yes people need help, but I think it's really sad how we change the standards. Let let's let legal be legal and not be off you know messed up because of who we. I want you to understand where did you have the gaps? Where did you miss out and fail to be properly prepared for this? I'm praying that you and every last person who's caught off guard will identify the gaps identify where you've missed or not followed through properly on your preparations and do better also take. Remember that we're supposed to love teachers right. We're supposed to love teachers and give them all this compassion and throw all our support behind them. And then when you have one who's there who's witnessing the abuses against our children speaking out. Because the fact that you got to win in a custody case because of the fact that you've just gotta look good because of the fact that you just have you just have to maintain your status in the community. God's word, I said the black community has turned their backs on God and have played the who with the government begging for Justice as they remain silent to the injustices that take place daily in their communities without a hint of rebuke instead of weeping to the point of repentance, they wallow in discontent and blame everyone else for their failure. And an was a guardian fighting custody with a father and the principal worked with the aunt lie to the ACS people lied to the court system and the woman the and threatened me threatened me. She's not supposed to know I called ACS. she threatened me and there were major issues on record with ACS and yet a CSL. Go the Office of Investigations. Let everything go the system and the administrator and the judges. let everything go So it's allowed and you wanna know why you get the Daily News and the New York Post and you see a CS failed and tax styles are paying for this and it's not just in New York. It's all over the country. It's in Illinois. It's in California. it's in especially blue States. It's in Baltimore. We know what happens. Confidentiality was taken away from me and that he was told I called and made reports by the assistant principal of my school right there right there is a breaking of state law and a judge heard it and did nothing about it. Mayor's office who runs the Department of Education in this case of be de Blasio in those days, it was my Bloomberg Ila corruption in his office and did nothing about it. What was the state law that was violated when somebody whistleblower they have a mandate, the report. It's not just teachers but doctors law enforcement whoever knows or has suspicions. A possible neglect or abuse, and in the case of a teacher of a student by law, they must report and in return for them reporting they are protected by what are called confidentiality, laws and retaliation laws. And here my confidentiality law was broken. I should say that the whole case against me was retaliation because I filed a lawsuit in 2011 before this took place and I received termination notice and a lawsuit afterwards the DOE has still refused to give over the continent Discovery. I'm. Not allowed witness testimony. We just started right before Corona virus our first testimony, which was very interesting because one of the witnesses from the 3020 was my first witness and admitted they lied under oath during the 3020 hearing admitted they docked up and made up evidence that was submitted during the 3020 hearing. So you have here so much corruption you have here so much government intervention and allowing their offices to know and go along with it. A lot of kids are being protected from abuses that are happening from the people who are supposed to be protecting them failures by. See this is this is so frustrating because of the fact that if I set my child to a school to a class to get in the education and the teachers with the nurturing spirits are the ones who are sitting there trying to make certain that they are fine and they are protected and we remain silent on this and and again this is cuz. Oh Americas arrived understand this corruption happens regardless of your ethnicity and somehow thinking that every time we put these people in place, it's gonna be better because we want the kids to feel comfortable being around the kids and the people who look like them when they grow up. but what happens when the people in the principals are only behaving in the way that they do in their homes. You know it when uncle starts molesting the little kids and everybody turns a blind eye to a don't worry about it. Honey. That's just the way things happen. Don't don't worry about it. don't say anything because you don't want him to go because if he goes to jail, that means that's money that his family can't have to protect provide for his family if he goes to jail with silent on the molestations that happened were silent on the abuses that happens in the school and then and then at the end of the day we turn around and we blame White America. We blamed conservatives. We blamed Donald Trump even now they're even even now. Cindy they're basic. Saying that the mcmichael shooting Aubrey was because of hatred that comes from the White House. even there even there. We can't say this is an isolated in its incident that if racism was involved if racism is truly was involved, why can't it just be the racism that's in the hearts of the individuals? Why does it have to be the President's fault? But no don't So how is it convenient that racism from the? Trump affects White Americans to attack minorities, but when we point out the racism from Black America during Obama's administration and we try to pin that racism on him because no one wants to call Obama a racist, No one wants to talk about the whole idea that every time a White person hurt killed a black person. Barack Obama was right to the pulpit right to the right to the podium to condemn it. But every time a White person was a victim of a black person. Victim of a minority, Barack Obama was never anywhere to be found. You wanna know the one time he actually had the goal. He actually had the nerve to stand up and say something against blacks attacking White individuals. It was in the last month of his presidency in January of 2017, when you had those three black monsters in Chicago kidnapped that kid with special needs, they beat they, they kidnapped him. They tortured him. They basically made references to Donald Trump. There's so many different things it was completely racist, and he says, Oh, it wasn't racially motivated. It wasn't politically motivated. They said Trump's name. They still talk about White people. The one time you can actually speak up and say this was wrong and he still refused to do that and everybody's still say Oh, he wasn't racist and then when I did bring it up to to to to a black Democrat, who's a Christian about the whole idea of him, turning a blind eye and and he's like, yeah he so he acknowledged it and he's like, Oh he's only doing what happened. So long, I'm like what happened to two wrongs. don't make a right. I mean you so you're acknowledging that it was wrong for President Barack Obama to be silent when Black America was tackling White attacking White America. He had what is it the knockout game? How many Jewish people were who were knocked out and and and and injured, probably even some died in New York because of the dock out game, But we don't wanna talk about that. We don't wanna talk about the the anger and and and I'm gonna be quiet cuz you need to speak. Yes. there's two point we. Talking to you about legal reform and that civic and constitutional rights and blacks are also abused in this system a lot so this is not a way to a black racial issue. Everybody is affected by it and that's what's very important and the second thing I wanna bring up very very important. You know we talk about the fact that Flynn the case was erased, but who what is the value is Flynn gonna get back all of his money his House. All the benefits he lost the financial opportunities he wasn't able to partake in. Will he ever be able to go through the rest of his life without this over his head and without people whispering. Yeah, He was a great job of what happened with him for my for me. I lost my income my benefits My retirement fund everything because I stood up for what was right. I had to pay legal fees. Still paying all this stuff. It's really corruption in our court systems on all levels local. Civic criminal, It's on all levels people you've got to learn who your judges are gotta find that your board of elections you gotta find out who's running on your local state and federal levels. It's an it's amazing even through the Corona virus I do, however, I can campaign. I guess people who is your state senator who is your Assembly person all over the country. They have no clue who's on your school board making decisions for you. What your children are reading and your tax dollars are going to public private and even home schooling because they take busing special services needs all these areas take some kind of the the textbooks and curriculum, so you have invested interest whether you're a 90 year-old with no children whether you are somebody who home school. And just worries about what's going on there, your tax dollars are going to public schools, so it all is related. Lost so much to do what's right and here she is she's trying again to do what's right get into office get into government and try to reform government so that it's back to serving the people being a voice for the people not being an oppressive weight on the back of the people and taking and and and and starving and and and ripping out their very existence because of over oppression of taxes. you think about this people are fleeing New York because of the.
