So proud of my peeps today as I introduced wall mountain climbers. Most tried it even when they were apprehensive. Love @llskinnz 💗💗 gonna miss you girl! But so proud and excited about your new endeavor. And thanks to Adrian my "Ed McMahon" who helps me keep my classes fun ! Your dedication and positive energy is awesome.

I am not teaching Monday-Thursday this week. But I have amazing people subbing for me. So come to class and get moving!!

I'm subbing tomorrow am... TRX 5:30a NVY. Heard this crew is pretty hard core. We'll see...

I'll be subbing tomorrow Cycle NVY, 8:30 & 9:30a. Fun times cycling back to back again. then my usual TRX at Yogaworks 12:05p.
* Starting THIS week I'm adding an Advance & Beginning TRX on Tuesdays 12:45 & 1:15p (see flyers below, non-members welcome)!!

Good morning. Just letting you know I will not be teaching Cycle at NVY 8:30a and TRX at Yogaworks Tarzana 10:30a today. Melisa B and Michelle Parisi will be covering my classes so you're in great hands!

I watched him break the word record. This 105 year old is pedalling almost as fast as me on a a flat. Crazy amazing. What an inspiration !!

This man is one of those I look up to. The only American to be a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, AND Air Force Special Forces, who ran Badwater (one of the most difficult ultra endurance race, a 135 mile through Death Valley) with both broken feet by mile 70 and still managed to finish the race in 5th place, oh.. all this and more while living with a sickle cell and a hole in his heart as big as a token. We live in a world where a lot of people are trying to fit in. As people, we want to be liked by others. We go out of our way to impress people. Trying to be ac...cepted starts very young. I know about this all too well. You change the way you act. Sometimes you change the way you believe. You put some people way above you for all the wrong reasons. Sometimes by putting the wrong people that high up, all it does is push you down. Be authentic to who you are, whoever that may be. Stand firm on your own two feet! Develop a code or a creed that you go by. Stand up for what you believe in, even if you stand alone! A lot of people don't even know who they are because our entire life we tried to be like other people. Shit, it took me several years to find the courage to be me. Be authentic and proud of who you are. Don't give a fuck what people say or think about you. One of the things I like about this country is you are free to believe and think the way you want to!! Don't let trying to fit in take your voice away from you. Don't live your entire life never knowing who you really are. Or what you could've been! Fit in with one person...YOURSELF!! Trust me, I piss a lot of people off by being me. Well Merry Christmas. I'm not trying to piss anyone off. Be you and the best you possible. Don't die never knowing yourself.

Love that I can say, "I have a 70 year old lady killing it on the TRX pull ups right here!!" In my class today. Then a reply of, "I'm older than her!!" My TRX classes are filled with the most awesome people ever. #noexcuses #ageisanumber #keepmovingoryouloseit

My breakfast. Woke up so sore this morning (thanks to my Intuit crew for wanting a Tabata workout yesterday!). My body needs extra proteins, nutrition and fiber to rebuild. Quinoa, fresh peas and broccoli, left over vegan taco meat, pico de gallo, covers that. I'm grateful it tastes amazing also. What we eat will either heal or kill us.
