I Love my Camry. I am a first time owner of a Toyota. Molle was so good to me and Anthony Gooden, my salesperson is excellent to work with. I plan on staying with Molle and Toyota's the rest of my lif...e.. ( I drove Honda's since 1983, big change for me, but the best decision I ever made). I love the way it handles in this snow and icy weather. My Honda was not that good. I encourage you to go check them out. See More

I've loved my Toyota for years and this weekend the ABS Actuator goes out on my 2012 Corolla. Molle tells me the part alone is $4000.00. If I bumped a tree and caused that much damage my insurance wou...ld probably total the car. Toyota N.A. wasn't a good resource either. Pretty much said you're on your own.
They did tell me however that dealerships set their own prices so this it gouging the price of safety equipment. BUYER BEWARE.

We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius at Molle Toyota and were very happy with our experience. Both David Marshall (sales) and Darren (financing) were very helpful and understanding of our many qu...estions. They both stayed late on a Friday evening to be sure everything went smoothly for us, and we never felt pressured at all. Molle Toyota's selection of both new and used vehicles was better than we saw at other dealerships. David spent almost his entire day helping us test drive and find just the car we wanted. Recently did a recall on my Toyota and Don P.(service manger) got me all taken cared of. I thought it was going to be a hassle also I had no vehicle to get back and forth while my car is at the shop. ...They let me borrow a loaner vehicle which was awesome! While waiting for our car on regular service my baby was crawling on the playing are and she ended up super dirty; that's disgusting the lady in front desk did not care and she told us they cleaned on...ce per week, I think it should be daily. If you are going to wait for your car on service don't bring your kids to that place; other than that good service. See More

I chose Molle Toyota because of all the glowing online reviews, and I was not disappointed! Their Internet sales rep, Beth Andrew, set a helpful and friendly initial tone. My purchase required a few v...isits, and she made a point to come out and visit with me each time I was in the showroom. Beth hooked me up with my salesman, Roger Garner, who was pleasant, patient, thorough, and a joy to work with. He worked to get me the best deal on the exact car I wanted, and he was by my side answering every possible question until I drove the car off the lot. The Finance Department found a lender for me when the bankruptcy on my record deterred their normal financing option. Business Manager, Darren Richards, explained all of the extra possible warranty programs for my new car extremely well without making me feel pressured to spend more money. (I chose two of the four options.) All in all, I would definitely recommend Molle Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Toyota. I look forward to working with the Service Department. He took his time with me and went over with me all the safety features on the Camry tha...t I was interested in. Have bought several cars from Molle. Recently had a very bad experience with their service department. I reported a problem with my truck while it was under warranty and they were not able to resolv...e. My truck went out of warranty and I had to pay 2,000 to repair my truck. The service manager promised me that Toyota would cover the parts cost for me and then came back and told me that he made a mistake and should not have promised me this. Toyota then calls me and tells me how much they appreciate my business but they can't cover the cost of the repairs. I'm a business owner in the KC area and would never treat my customers like this. When you have a choice to buy a car or have it serviced, consider other companies. Will never buy another Toyota or do business with Molle Toyota. See More

Not a happy camper......First off, Molle did the old bait and switch, put one car advertised online at a price then we go and see it and it isnt the one. After calming down my wife and I bought a Hig...hlander from them. We were told we would get the second key a day or two later and title and paper work 10-12 days later. Here we are on the 6th of July (my 30 tag expires today) and no one there can explain to me why the paper work isn't there. My wife and I have had to do all the leg work in calling them. I don't recommend them. See More
