My friends. We are now two days from the election, and I urge everyone to get out and vote and remind your friends to vote too. This election year will be historic especially with our current national events facing the United States. This last week I have traveled 1250 miles in The Big First District and have finished my run. It has been a blast. And now at the finish line the egg throwing, and bad TV political ads and mailing have made me sick. Outside parties are paying fo...r these ads. And now the personal attacks. I have kept the high road on this but now I must break my silence. Tracy Mann needs NOT to be voted for and here are the reasons that will be repeated on my Facebook site and repeated the last two days. He was voted by the NRA to be their top vote. When I inquired about this rating system, the answer why was “He was the Lieutenant Governor of Kansas” Not one of two veterans (Dr. Bill Clifford) and myself. I had two combat tours in Iraq with my last my one carrying a loaded weapon for 9 months….I also have weapon qualified “expert” in ALL my pistol qualifications. The NRA picked a RELATOR….how proud. They refuse to communicate any further. Second, Tracy does NOT believe in term limits. Both Dr. Clifford and I have “a shelf life”. We will NEVER be able to vote him out. Another Pat Roberts is NOT a great move. Third, real world experience…Tracy Mann has NO real-world issues outside the cattle arena and making real estate deals that only benefit the middleman…him. Our national financial crisis in 2007 was caused from the Real Estate Bust with the bankers. They made the money and WE lost. I’m sticking up for my “wingman / battle buddy” Dr.Clifford, if you don’t vote for me Dr. Clifford is the one. We need a VETERAN to go to Washington. This would be the first time since 1963 that Kansas has not sent a VETERAN to Washington. Don’t lose the foothold, be safe and “stay upwind my friends”. Jerry
