The Mon Tong used to be my neighborhood go-to restaurant, but now twice in a row it has been so disappointing that we walked out. Are they concentrating on the...ir new location? Idk. But I'm trying with this review to get things back in track because as it is , me and my friends will not be back

We sat for 15 minutes waiting for our drink order, which we had to prompt our young waitress to take. Because of our past bad experience we asked that we get our drinks. Then soup and then our main dishes ( last time we got everything out of order but with no rice so did nt eat until it arrived 10 min later). Today drinks didn't arrive but our soup did. But with no bowls. Sat there in front of our soup as it cooled. 10 minutes later after seeing other guests who arrived later than we did get their food. We left.

I've been a good customer but it was embarrassing to make excuse while my companions fumed. Will be making the trip to zabos! عرض المزيد

Had dinner here last night and the food was excellent, however the service left something to be desired. My friend had an older Groupon ($13 for $26 in food) wh...ich expired January 2014. However, this specific Groupon states that while the promo offer ($26 value) expires January 2014, the original $13 paid never expires. The waitress refused to accept this Groupon despite us showing her these terms. Then while we gave up in frustration deciding to split the bill instead, she answered the phone for a long takeout order and completely ignored us standing there trying to settle our bill. Having worked in customer service I thought it was generally appropriate to deal with the customers present in front of you, requesting the caller to be placed on a short hold. عرض المزيد

Well, we love Thai Food so very much. New (yes, that's his name!) treats us very well so we order quite a bit from him. A great little Kelowna gem. Thank you, New.
