I like how they tell me to make sure when i turn in the loaner truck to make sure it has full tank of gas, So I did But when I get my truck back it was on E, WTF really I put $25 in my truck few mins ...before I got to Dealership last Wednesday and I just picked it up now and they can use all my gas and not replace it I think that’s bullshit, But if I didn’t fill the loaner truck they would of charged me $5 and some change for each gallon for gas, Sorry but that’s bullshit and I Dont think that’s really fair they used all my gas and didn’t replace it so I will be taking my truck to another dealership now on, See More

Every time I come here, we are treated like children. When I was looking for a car, they refused to work with me. Went to ford next door and got a new car that same day. Now my fiance and I go here ag...ain. They told us to "come back with our mother." We are adults. We dont need our parents around to buy a car. Now hes going to ford next door as well. If you are looking for a new car, I highly recommend Dave Peralta at Moran Chevrolet. He took great care of my daughter in her lease of her 2018 Equinox. He was very helpful in every aspect of her l...ease. This is her second car from Dave and my wife and I are planning to get a new vehicle from Dave when our current leases are up! I have always felt like I got a great deal on the cars that I purchased at Moran Chevrolet in Clinton Twp. I really like the 2017 Kinetic Blue Chevy Cruze LT, that I now lease. This car runs just as s...mooth as the 2016 Siren Red Chevy Cruze LT, that I previously leased for two years! Dave Perala is an awesome Sales Consultant! And he is friendly, outgoing and understanding, as well as businesslike!! And Dave is not one of those pushy types when it comes, to doing business!! And Dave lets the customers take their time, when they are looking and deciding, what kind of a car that they will want to buy!!! Dave has been my Sales Consultant with the past two cars that I have leased!!! With my present car and my previous car!!! And at Moran Chevrolet, I feel as if I'm treated like family!!!! We always go to Moran and see Tom Eddington. He has been our salesperson for years. I would recommend going and asking for Tom. He takes the time and answers all the questions and concerns we have.

I had service on my equinox yesterday my appointment was at 1 o'clock with Scott. The service attendant was on break I was there 20 minutes before because of the weather did not leave Moran Chevro...let until 220. I went up to the counter to ask when my car might be done with that the oil change because I had to pick up my son from school I never talked or saw Scott that day... See More

Matt Orsi great. But the paper, paperwork & signing is out of control in this day & age it should not take 6 hours to buy a car!! We called ahead & he knew what we wanted. I took my car in for service last Monday to have a "check engine" light addressed. When I picked it up the "Open Hood" alert was on on the dashboard. I pointed it out immediately but it was nearly clo...sing time and I was told to bring it back bc there was no one there at the time who could fix it. I took it in this morning and was told that "the service tech says it was on when you brought it in on Monday. He just figured you knew. It will cost $267 to repair!!! It was absolutely not on when I originally took it in! I believe it was intentionally sabotaged! BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! � See More

Just terrible when you buy a brand new SUV and the a/c starts blowing out hot air 2 months into owning it. it was under warranty all the dealership did was just say there was no freon it in & said th...ey gave it a charge on the compressor. that's just awful. Obviously I'll be back in 2 weeks from obviously a leak when it stops working again. Just do it right and get me a brand new compressor. 2017 Chevy tax that cost almost 25k and I'm left with this problem. just awful. Service department stated sometimes we can't fix it the first time ....like what?!?!? Need to try every possible thing before going to GM for the part. Well that's just wrong don't ghetto fix it just fix it permanently & correctly. See More

Very professional and prompt. Car serviced in less than an hour. Only nit is they didn’t wash my car. Every dealer up to now have washed the car as part of the service. And it was warm enough.
