I love living at the Mosaic. My apartment is great, and I've had no problems with noise. The business center is always open for your convenience. You're walkabl...e distance from the Mosaic market, Sunday farmers market, the Alamo, and more. The people at the front office are great! One thing I don't like is that they have reserved spots in the parking garage. I like first come first serve better in a garage because many of the reserved spots are often empty, forcing residents to park on an upper floor past 9pm. I've also never lived in a community where we've had to pay for the lightbulbs and filters. But overall I love living at the Mosaic, and the pros outweigh the cons. See More

I love it here and am really happy they finally renovated the hallways. The maintenance staff is very responsive and front office has good people. The neighborh...ood is terrific and only growing. The only thing here is that tenants, who rent, have to pay for lightbulbs and fridge filters besides being forced to pay for cable TV (even if they don't want it) and internet to Spectrum at the tune of $75.00 per month. I really love the way all the improvements have finished up. The design is really in tune with the updates happening in the Mueller Development. I recently interacted with the assistant manager in the leasing office and she was great! I really appreciated her attentiveness and care.

We love that Mosaic is so dog-friendly. You couldn't ask for a better location, everything in Mueller is walking distance (even Petsmart and the Farmer's Market), both the airport and downtown are very convenient!

I have happily lived at the Mosaic for the last three years. I absolutely LOVE living here. Viviana, Conney, and Amanda are just a few of the wonderful people t...hat work at the Mosaic leasing office and have always been such a pleasure to work with. When I got in a car accident, they got me tickets to the Alamo Drafthouse, some Get Well Balloons, and a card!! I sometimes will drop by with my dog Curly just for some good conversation. Every member of the leasing office staff, are ALWAYS professional, courteous, and will go above and beyond to assure your happiness.

The amenities here are outstanding! I have hosted numerous parties at the clubhouse they have available to their tenants including my work Christmas party, Summer pool party, birthday parties, and even a bridal shower! Everyone who visits always compliments how nicely maintained the apartment complex is. My girlfriends and I always come here to layout in the summer because the pool is super nice! When we need to cool off, we head straight to the media room where we spend time hanging out and talking.

Additionally, any time I have put in a maintenance request, the issue is promptly taken care of within 24 hours. I could go on and on about the amenity/maintenance perks. I feel so lucky to live here :)

Another amazing thing about living at the Mosaic is the location! I'm a nurse who works at Dell Children's Hospital so not only is the location convenient from work, but the Mosaic is close to everything. If you want to be in center of of the city, 10 minutes from downtown, 12 minutes from the Domain Shopping mall, you will want to live here!

From the wonderful leasing office staff, to the amenities, and location, the Mosaic is THE place to live. I would recommend anyone to live here :)

Responsive staff, and good amenities. I love the recent renovations. I do wish some things would be offered for free though, such as coffee cups (at the coffee ...machine) & light bulbs in apt, especially with the ceiling being so high. I wouldn't be able to replace a bulb myself, but 8 dollars seems high. See More

So here we go...I have lived on the 4th floor of this apartment complex for the past year and a half. The HVAC system on the 4th floor is abysmal. I had the AC ...dropped to 70 in the summer but the temperature in our apartment, on especially hot days (which happened more often than not) was a constant and toasty 84 degrees. I put in several maintenance tickets - overall, 4-5 requests over the course of a year - after which a maintenance person would show up at my door, look at the vents, point a digital thermometer at each of the vents, and determine that the AC just wasn't pushing enough cold air through the vents. I was promised that the motors in our AC unit would be upgraded to attempt to increase the flow of air into the bed rooms - this was never followed up on, nor was it ever started/completed. The bedrooms in our apartment are still insanely hot. I run two fans to at least keep air circulating.

Additionally, I recommended a friend of mine to move into the apartment complex with his wife - they got a place on the first floor so they wouldn't deal with the same heating and cooling issues that I was. Since I recommended them to move in, I got (or in this case, was supposed to get) a referral bonus. My friends moved into The Mosaic sometime in October of 2016. It is now October 2017 and still no referral check. Both me and the friends who I recommended have spent a considerable amount of time and energy following up with the people at the front office about the bonus check. First, the issue was that we didn't fill out the appropriate tax forms in order to properly process the $250 referral bonus - a process that was not initially revealed to us by the apartment complex. We filled out the tax forms and started to wait - during this time, management changes and the front office undergoes renovations. A few months pass by and no word of the referral check, so I stop by the new office to follow up. I explain my situation and I am initially dismissed by the person at the front desk because "It's the weekend. We are understaffed, and in the middle of moving, and we would have to dig through boxes to find your (my) file." After hearing this news, I decided to return later in the week to follow up at a more opportune time. I walked into the office and re-introduced myself and the situation at hand. The rep I was speaking with already looked confused. The woman at the front desk spent the next fifteen to twenty minutes digging through boxes and paperwork trying to find my file. My file was eventually found in a small pile in the corner of her office. She admitted to having dropped the ball - which I appreciated - but was already frustrated at having been ignored and lied to. After many follow ups and inquiries I am two weeks away from my lease ending and STILL no check. The last I heard, management couldn't process my check because my social security number was not filled out on the tax form. This was especially frustrating to hear because I literally filled that tax form out in front of a representative. The people who work in the front office and the management company are liars.

The issues I've stated above in addition to: constant problems with smoke alarms, Key fobs not working, constant broken garage entrance doors, and package theft are all reasons for me to give this place 1 star. I would go lower if Google allowed me. The location is awesome - that's about the only good thing about this place...it's a huge thing...but it's the only thing.

I lived at Mosaic for almost four months, and everything was great until I left. When I left there were alot of "issues" with the apartment that I had to pay f...or. When I would call to understand what was wrong with the apartment I would get the run around and promises that I would receive pictures of what I was being charged with. After weeks of the manager saying she would email all involved with no results, I will have to take this one as a loss. Also parking you buy a spot is terrible, and the hallways smell like a litter box. See More

I lived in Austin for 6 years and lived in several parts of town, but Mosaic was my absolute favorite place to live. I liked it better than arboretum area, Tarr...ytown, and South Congress. The management here is the best I've ever encountered. I loved my apartment here and if I ever moved back to Austin and needed a place to call home this would be top of my list. See More

We were there for several months after the Bastrop fires, and I must say, the apartments are really nice but the staff members were awesome!!

Over priced for thin quality walls and poor office/management. Upside is good location.
