Kidnapped by a racoon on July 11th 2017. This #MOTOTRBO radio was re-united with its owner 6 months later. A little chewed, but fully operational with 10% battery life still remaining! http://ow.ly/6N3t30ih8BL #TwoWayRadio

I wouldn’t buy another Motorola product if you paid me! I was gifted a $100 baby monitor for my baby shower it worked great and then two months ago it would only work on the charger. Then it stopped w...orking all together. I reached out to Motorola who told me the product has a hardware issue and needs to be replaced. They asked I send them my personal information and proof of purchase which I did email to them. They are no longer responding to my emails or phone calls. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. #motorola #babymonitor #motorolababymonitor See More

I don't like the fact that the word solutions is attached to Motorola.

I mean, I guess I could see a solution to boredom. That is if you could get the timing just right for my entire shift to turn ...on their radios in a pattern to create a tune with the site trunking beep.

If you get tired of the site trunking beep just wait for the one day that radios aren't site trunking. All you have to do then is try to key up and fail to be heard by anyone. Your radio will let loose with a lovely low humming tone letting you know there is no signal.

I guess Texas rangers and us Marshall didn't have radios when they worked 100 yrs ago and they did just fine. That being said they probably spent their equivalent of a $650,000.00 radio budget on other things they needed.

Thanks Motorola!

Service from Motorola is poor at best. My APX7000 portable radio has been at their repair facility now for over 5 weeks. Service turnaround time is excessive. Buy Kenwood instead.

I have a driod turbo 2, well actually it's my third one, they are indestructible aside from the fact they all had the same problem, the just randomly stop charging, it starts with the turbocharging no...t working and the ends up with it not charging at all, I think it might be time to switch back to Samsung, I'd rather have a phone that might explode then one that just doesn't work See More

I planned to purchase used XTS 3000 P25 portable radios from another company and purchase the programming software from Motorola Solutions Online being the only place you can buy Motorola radio softwa...re. I plan on changing my system to P25 and would like to test it out before I make my final decision. However, Motorola Solutions Online's terrible customer service makes this absolutely impossible. I set up my Motorola Online account and a few weeks later no one from Motorola Solutions Online contacted me to finish the last steps of my account set up. It already makes no sense to have someone from the company approve your account manually before you are able to log in and purchase products. No other company does this but Motorola Solutions and it makes no sense at all. I finally gave up waiting on them and called them myself. I was put on hold for over 25 minutes and the agent who answered the phone was nasty with me the entire time. He asked me the same questions that the account online set up asked me thus further proving my point it makes no sense to have someone manually approve the online accounts. He finally "approved" my account but said that I had to wait another three days to receive my account number via email. The account number came to my email on time surprisingly and I was finally able to log into Motorola Solutions Online. I logged in that day and signed the software agreement that they make you sign before you can do anything. After that, I looked around for the XTS3000 radio programming software and it was nowhere to be found. Neither were any of the radio software showing up. I had to call them back and the guy told me it was a system error and that he would have the tech dept look into it. He said that they would email in a few days after it was fixed and it's been two weeks now with nothing heard. I give up on Motorola because it looks like they are not in the business to make money. They make it difficult for anyone to purchase their software and their radios. Kenwood makes better radios and has better service. I'm glad I chose Kenwood P25 radios over Motorola's crap. See More

I have had the Motorola Droid turbo 2 for about a year and Verizon has had to warranty my phone a few times for the same issue. This phone is junk, the reason this is coming out now is my wife is havi...ng the same issue now. I will not buy another Motorola product again. The issue I am having is the phone will not charge. I have been told this is a known issue with these phones. Now I'm stuck with a phone that won't charge. I am sick of dealing with this. See More

I have had my baby monitor for a year. A $400 monitor that doesn't work and literally shocks my husband and I when we use it and will never connect. I will never buy another Motorola again. Your custo...mer service is useless. I have now written over 4 emails with zero response. I am out of warranty with the store and have to deal with you but I cannot get ahold of an actual person to help me. This is ridiculous. I will make sure to pass along my experience so others don't make the mistake of purchasing your products. See More

When will my defective Moto X Pure, which is not even 4 months old yet, be replaced? I have been waiting for weeks for your return envelope in order to have a replacement shipped to me. I need resolut...ion immediately.

Your website makes you input all information required to initiate a replacement, but lacks a Submit button (but ingeniously have both Clear and Start Over buttons).

Why would anyone buy your mediocre products when your options for support are non-existent? Where is the customer support number?

Yes, I realize this is the "wrong page" for this type of post and this is I tended for Motorola the manufacturer of mobile devices, but what other options are there when the Motorola Mobile and Moto pages provide no option to reach anyone who can help?

Resolve the issue Motorola and this post disappears.

Always been very impressed with Motorola quality and reliability, and the high-end gear keeps on ticking long after official support has ended. Pricey, but as they say - you get what you pay for.

Bought a unlocked G4 and went to Verizon. Verizon couldn't find the phone using the IMEI#. I called Motorola customer service number. The person I talked to was no help at all and informed that the ph...one may not be compatible with Verizon and to bring it to another carrier even though on Motorola's website states that in fact the phone is compatible. I then informed her that I only get Verizon service where I live and that another provider was not on option. The customer service reps answer to me was not my issues and Verizon needs to fix it. Motorola is horrible. $300 baby monitor broke twice. Took 3 days to get in touch with customer service and was finally told that I would receive a new monitor in 5-7days. 5 days later it just shipped.... Never ever buy motorola baby monitors. Customer service is horrible!!!!!! It's a baby and it's important. Obviously they do not care. See More

Ordered 2 z force phones phone 1 was DOA. When called about it they wouldn't send me a replacement I had to send it in wait for them to refund money and reorder the phone which meant being without a p...hone for 2 weeks to get refund and 4 weeks to order phone and have it shipped. Phone 2 quits 6 months in. When called about this phone they will replace it but I have to pay $25 shipping. So I'm paying again for a junk phone. Motorola used to be the best but customer service is the worst now. See More

I am hoping my voice will be heard on this page.

A few months back I purchased a Moto G 2nd Generation phone for my daughter's birthday....

The phone has been crashing since we purchased it. We spent 10's of hours with Level 1 ( overseas) & 2 support trouble shooting her phone, with zero luck.

After 2 exchanges, she still does not have a properly functioning phone.

I called on Friday and the Customer Support computer system was down. The rep could not even take my info to call me back since the system was down. I guess a pen and paper is no longer in use during 'downtime'.

I have respectfully asked for Motorola to exchange her phone to a different model, and was denied. My daughter is now asking that I buy her another phone. This time, one that will work.

She insists that Motorola makes cheap phones. I have been using Motorola business products for two decades now. Sadly, I cannot defend Motorola on this issue.

I am perplexed as to why I should spend money I do not have, to purchase a second phone when we have a 'warranty' on the first.

This back and forth needs to end.

So disappointed with company. I have a faulty baby monitor and was told it's out of warranty, they can basically discount me $60 on a new device. All of the issues with the monitor have to do with th...e battery and charging. Clearly this is a problem with the product not with how it was used. As the wife of a police officer I truly hope the products you make for our law enforcement are up to higher standards, and if their are issues with your products for them, you do more than offer a minimal discount. Would have been nice to feel like you at least cared to help fix the monitor I have, looks like I will buy a replacement...from another company. See More

Hi Team Motorola,
I purchased a Moto X pure 4 months ago and it ran into several issues ranging from hardware to software. I called and explained several times to the customer care but every time the...y would forget what the issue was. Sometimes they will just note the hardware issue and forget about the software issues. I am pretty sure that they didn't test the device as well properly. They received and shipped it back the same or next day

You spent about $100 on shipping the phone back and forth THREE TIMES and my issue is still not fixed. The charger does not charge properly and the lead is still loose. I have to hold it at times to charge the phone. I am experiencing the same software issues like my telecom signal being lost and at times bluetooth not connecting.

I just purchased the device 4 months ago and you are not even ready to replace it when I am willing to pay for the device. Just offer me some solution which would help me here.

I am not sure why your technician could not find that the socket is still loose and it is charging sporadically. This is very disappointing. I won't recommend this phone to anyone

Their warranty "service" desk sucks. They are all polite, but will not help. And can't escalate to anybody above their regular help desk, which is manned abroad. Lenovo/Motorola has made sure that ...warranty service cannot be provided. They play along, and then follow up with an email that all attempts have been rejected, with a dead end. HORRIBLE! See More

I will never recommend this product to anyone! I have used my video monitor for 5 months and the sound stopped to work on the parent monitor, a fault of the product that was already purchased to tell ...me I have to pay/purchase another half of this product! Ridiculous! There are so many brands that I will recommend for my new mommy friends and MOTOROLA will not be one! If they do receive this as a gift I will recommend they get a refund or exchange!
