MultitrackStudio for iPad 2.9 features MIDI patterns.
You can quickly create a track using patterns. All instances of the pattern will be updated when a pattern is edited, so you can make changes to the whole track quickly. Especially suited for drum or bass tracks etc.

MultitrackStudio for iPad 2.8 released today:
You can now import files using iOS 11 drag-and-drop. Files can be dropped on import dialogs, track editors, Convolutor pane, SoundFont Player pane and Matrix Sampler cells.
Adding notes in a pianoroll or score is now easier: you can adjust the pitch of the new note by moving your finger vertically. Also applies to adding dots in midi controller editors, automation editors and Automated Fader effect....
MultitrackStudio for iPad 2.7 released today.
It features a redesigned editor user interface: The mode buttons in the bottom left corner have been removed. A selector now appears on touching an editor, and you can pick an action by moving your finger in that direction (see picture). Editors can now be scrolled or zoomed at any time without having to worry about the mode buttons. MIDI and automation editors now always use 'handles' to move notes/dots.

MultitrackStudio for iPad 2.5.2 can record the output of 'practice mode' tracks to an audio track. You can use this to record the output of IAA apps as audio directly, for example.
Setting this up goes like this:
1) Doubletap a track's Play button to switch it to manual practice mode. The Play button now reads 'P'.
2) If it's an audio track: engage the Mon button....
3) Add an audio track, set its input to 'Practice Mode tracks' and engage its Rec button.
4 Now you can hear it's working and you can start the transport.
MultitrackStudio 8.2 for Windows and OS X is released. Highlight of this new version is the revamped Guitar Amp effect. It now features 3 stompbox effect sections. Each can contain Auto Wah, Booster, Chorus, Compressor, Delay, Echo, Flanger, Noise Gate, Phaser, Pickup EQ, Reverb or Tremolo.
