Had been many years since we had been regular drinkers here. Went down on a Saturday expecting the worst because of the change in the neighborhood,BUT it didn’t go that way. Parked right away behind t...he bar in there “ private “ lot, that was still there. Got seated and served right away, the JCB was just as good as we remembered, Ava was a great server. Can’t wait to go back and have a Labatts blue next time See More

Oldtimey vibe, kinda cheap, but everything comes separate (fries, sandwich, lettuce/tomato??), simple menu of sandwiches. The food was yummy, the service was sub par at best. The dude that sat us s...eemed like the owner or manager and he was pretty snippy with my friend. See More

Great history, great ambience, great food and great beer. The letter from Neal Cassidy in reform School asking a friend to stop by and post his tab is priceless.

Been coming here with my dad since I was a little kid! Great to have this place still here with everything changing downtown.

Couldn't tell you what the food was like because we never got any. Service is absolutely terrible. We sat out on the patio, our server came over and took our food and drink right away. We then waited ...about 10 minutes the waitress said the order would be right out. As she leaves there are about 3 more tables sat. 10 minutes later server comes back says food will be right out. All we ordered was 2 Jonny burgers and an order of fries and onion rings so nothing crazy. While we are waiting 2 out of the 3 table have now received their drinks AND their fries and onion rings. We asked the guy who brought out the fries where ours was and that prompted our server to finally come back. I said where is our food!? She said the cooks messed up our order and they are remaking it. Then she leaves again. While continually waiting now 2 tables have their entire order and the 3rd table now has their fries. At this point we got up and left after still no fries and onion rings nor burgers. And that my friends is why we will never step foot in My Brothers Bar again, so beware. See More

We used to go all the time, when the bartenders actually made conversation. The burgers are always on point, but service now is terrible. Bartenders spend more time taking breaks and ignoring customer...s than they do pouring drinks! See More

The most friendly and down-to-earth owners you could ask for! Delishious food, and a warm atmosphere.

First time here. Definitely on my personal list of top 5 burgers of all time. Will be back every time I'm in Denver. Georgia the bartender was awesome and very friendly.

A legend in its time! The people made its character from the bar staff to all the varied actors on stage.
Ask about the matching ties and underwear....

Those of use who had the burgers got sick. This was last night 8/3/2017. The only other variable was the fries and the same people who had the burgers had the fries.

I have been enjoying this place since the early 80's. The food never disappoints, the service is always good and friendly, and their outdoor patio is a treasure. We stopped in a few weeks ago for lunc...h and to listen to some classical music. If you want some calm in the urban storm, this place is for you. See More

Can't wait for the Gossamer Winds Christmas concert December 4th!

The fictitious "Christmas Spirit Society" has awarded Gossamer Winds' Christmas Concert at My Brother's Bar its Five Star rating. That makes Gossamer Winds the ...most awarded woodwind quintet this Christmas.

Not really.

But if you want to get in the Christmas spirit in a way that the Hallmark Channel just can't, join us on Monday December 4 at My Brother's Bar for an evening of fun Christmas music and the best burgers in Denver.

Here's another sample from our program...

Can’t wait for our second concert of the summer. Join us tonight at 7pm for Village Brass!

We can't wait!

Here's a 20th century take on Peter and The Wolf, which Gossamer Winds will be performing at My Brother's Bar on June 5th at 7:30pm. Charley Samson insists he'll stick to the script, but with some narrators, you never know! Hope to see you there!
