One of the most helpful companies I have had the pleasure to work with in a LONG time. Thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Josh and his co-worker I didn't get the name of, who spent hours wi...th me, exploring different costs and shipping option to get dog food from the Midwest to Texas for our dog rescue at the best cost. You guys are AMAZING . See More

I was told one price than they charged my card more said the freight weighed more I gave them the factory weights from lifefitness, they ship these all over the world but on this day they weighed mor...e I don't think so. Customer service was horrible, they charge double of what the freight company actually charges. And once they delivered to my customer in Massachusetts the freight was damaged but they want more money I don't think so stay away from these criminals Freight Center and Freight Quote do the exact same thing. Do not use this shipping service. Paid $230 dollars to have 2 day shipping on a handmade door. It arrived 12 days late holding up the whole job. Severely Damaged as well. So now we must rebuild this d...oor to replace what they destroyed. I'll filing a complaint with the BBB also. See More

Worse company ever. Gave quote then went back in a month later and stole $500 from our account! We’ve been disputing this since December and keep getting the run around! Time to call the government regulators!

I shipped something from my home, told the sales person that I didn't know the exact weight since I don't have a scale. I was told it was okay. I was told that although I was quoted $242.00 it actuall...y was going to be $302.00. Then I was told my selected carrier didn't have a lift gate (even though i selected lift gate at pick up) after my credit card was charged. They said there was nothing i could do other than go with the next best price which was $460.00 (original price $242.00). They did say they would cover $100.00 of it. So now I am at $360.00. One week after the delivery, my credit card is charged an additional $290.00 without notice or explanation. I was told that it was because the weight was not correct. They charge the correct amount plus a correction fee. Now my total is $648.00 (started at $242.00). The weight was originally quoted at 225 lbs and my shipment was 405 lbs (allegedly) , so i understand if there is additional charges... BUT $290.00 and no notification? So then i went back and quoted the exact shipment again at the exact weight... price $445.00... So it looks like i was charged $203.00 for the billing processing fee ($648.00 - $445.00). Everything about this process was awful and I will not use them again. I sell furniture and lost all of my profit because of the additional charges. This quote started out at $242.00 and went up to $648.00 without any notification. Their website doesn't work and shows pricing for carriers that cont even pick up residential locations. Very unsatisfied. See More

Will never deal with again, promised to call me back several times and did not, they are just a third party broker and will say and do anything to get your money after that they don't care. They did... nothing for me and after I found out they lied to me I cancelled my order, then they charged me 15%, on almost 800$... for what, I paid you to lie to me and run me around, I get paid to deal with that at work all day, I don't pay people to do it to me. Never again would I use this company. Still disputing the money, horrible business tactics. So much for a return customer. Deal locally, save yourself time and money. See More

CONSUMERS BEWARE! They gave me a quote FOR $600 which I agreed to. They claim the item was 20 pounds heavier then charged my credit card $800+ more dollars after delivery. Now the smug customer ser...vice guy just tells me that how it works.... Now I find out this is a frequent occurrence with this company. I COULD HAVE SHIPPED FEDEX OVERNIGHT FOR LESS MONEY. Total scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In my opinion this company is a group of scam artist. See More

First I was Charged for additional weight allthough nothing was said to me at terminal that I dropped it off at. Classless. Then I was billed for lift gate service. Allthough customer unloaded palle...t with their forklift. No actual way to dispute this issue as terminals bill them. It's a shame the four prior dealings were flawless!!!!! Clearly my business is no longer wanted and the customer doesn't matter. See More

This is the WORST brokerage company I have ever worked with in 30 years of trucking! They had a piece of equipment picked up for me in California and delivered to MO. When it got there it was complet...ely totaled! It was bolted to a pallet and the bolts were torn out of the wood and a large heavy piece of metal was bent like it had been dropped off a truck! When it arrived it had another piece of equipment laying on top of it and we had to fix the lift gate of the truck for them just to unload it. When a claim was filed I sent all the paper work and pictures 3 times and they still kept asking for more. When they denied the claim I found out that they only filed a claim for $400.00 on $3400.00 worth of damage. Now all they want to do is hide behind there Terms and conditions and tell me that they don't own the trucks! I have been in the trucking business f0or 30 years and now own my own Heavy haul trucking company and I have never seem anyone just blow off a costumer like they are doing ! There costumer service is there to do nothing but tell you that they don't own the trucks and are not responsible for anything! DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING with these people!!!!! See More

A lot can happen to freight while in transit. Less than truckload (LTL) shipments are shipped together as truckloads, and will include other contracted loads on the same trailer. Before arriving at their final destination, these shipments move together from truck to truck, from weigh stations, to hu...
