Vegans choose to abide by their diet. I fully support anyone who chooses to do so. This, however, is literally ramming a dietary lifestyle down students throats.

so much for teaching kids about total nutrition and the advantages of animal based fats and proteins. An education, where only one side is taught and experienced, could be considered indoctrination. Why not add free ranged chickens and cows to the mix …

Not wise. Many students will develop blood sugar problems from a plant-based diet. Fats and protein are necessary for developing brains - the brain is composed of fat, folks.
