ALL levels are welcome to join us and practice restorative yoga and meditation Sunday mornings at 9:00 on beautiful Hollywood beach. Sessions are led by Miriam Amselem who has over 25 years of Yoga and Meditation experience. You will practice in the most beautiful setting by the ocean and will be relaxed and rejuvenated.

Where: We meet on the beach in front of the Hollywood Beach Marriott 2501 North Ocean Drive on Carolina Street. Park your car in the Hollywood Beach Marrio...tt's self parking - $4 for two hours!

Time: We start PROMPTLY at 9:00 AM - 60 - 75 minute session

What to bring:

Bring a yoga mat or towel ( I have extra mats if needed), water bottle and sunscreen. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. And you are welcome to bring a friend!

Who: ALL levels welcome!

Cost: $15 for adults. $10 for kids and teens.

But here's the irony: the more self-care you practice, the better equipped you are to handle anything life throws at you. And when your practice becomes a routine, it'll reward you with more energy, less stress, and even better immunity. Make this your mantra: I'M DOING THIS FOR ME!

When someone says "tell me about yourself", what are some of the first adjectives you use? Tip: Make a list of 25 words or phrases that describes what makes you so absolutely wonderful.

Two chances to practice Yoga and Meditation on the beach! This Sunday (1/28) morning at 9:00 and this Wednesday (1/31) evening at 5:45 for full blue blood moon rising. ALL levels are welcome to join - just bring a mat or towel and water. We meet on the beach in front of the Hollywood Beach Marriott 2501 North Ocean Drive on Carolina Street. Scientists and space enthusiasts are preparing for a lunar event so rare that it only happens once in a blue moon ― or, to be more specific, once in a super blue blood moon. And so are WE - the yogis who will practice Yoga and Meditation on the beach this Wednesday evening at 5:45 to watch the super blue blood moon rise. Yes, we all lead busy lives - give yourself a pause for an hour to be on the beach for stretching, relaxation and observe nature. See you on the sand.

Day 19: REAL SOLUTIONS, not resolutions! Time to RECONNECT to yourself! When you get caught up in day to day living, you sometimes allow the things that you enjoy slip away. The hobbies that you use to have that were simply relaxing and fun. Life cannot be all about business, work and the daily grind. You can't be so busy that you let the very things that bring you joy take a back seat. Tip: Go back to doing the things you love. Go back to doing the things that de-stress you, make you smile, give you a sense of pleasure. How will you incorporate your hobby into your life on a consistent basis?

Day 18: REAL SOLUTIONS, not resolutions! Repetition is the key to creating a routine which is not the same as a schedule. Your days will be different, but what you do on a daily (or weekly) basis must remain consistent. Your schedule can change, however, the discipline to stay on track with your goals (eating healthy, exercising, studying, working on your business, spending quality time with your loved ones) must not be compromised just because your schedule changes. Tip: Identify your routine. What will you do on a daily and/or weekly basis that aligns with the goal you set. What will you be uncompromising in doing repeatedly so that you make real progress on your goals.
