Teaching that makes you think and a message to take home, small group emphasis, no lasers or fancy lighting just worship, great options for bible study and connecting with others. Wish we lived nearby... and could make this our home church! See More

My wife and I visited this church and immediately knew it was where we were supposed to be. The church is exceptional at making you feel welcome and has a variety of groups to connect with. The are very relevant and Pastor David has great insights. The worship is also very engaging and heart felt. Overall a wonderful church. See More

New Life has always been awesome in every way. Went in the past, now coming back to stay. Pastor David is an amazing speaker and does so with his whole heart.

Nice Christmas lights looks more like a distraction and a mall scene than a church. Pretty disappointed in the new beginnings that have taken place in the last year. Oh well.

My husband and I visited the church on our one year wedding anniversary on May 28th. We both agreed the service was awesome. From the greeters, to the music, to the message, God was moving. We visited... last year on our honeymoon and wanted to visit again. We hope to make it a tradition from now on whenever we are in the area. We have a home church, but we were just excited how God was moving in your church. We hope and pray God continues to work in every aspect of New Life. See More

I miss Pastor Ron so much. So much so that the l last time I attended was for his memorial. Sad...but true. When I woke this morning I found myself needing to get out of my rut. So I got ready & went t...o the 11 am service. Was not disappointed. The worship team. Was amazing. As for the message.. Gina Nicola did a superb delivery. We all need to remember we are Gods children &we never know when that special time will come when we are needed to help someone. There was a time I did not know God. I am so thankful for my relationship with him now. I am never alone. Don't we want that for everyone??
Ephesians 2:8. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith --and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God --not by works, so that no one can boast.

We have been coming to New Life community church for 14 years and tried to help our church through many years with whatever we can do. We miss Pastor Ron Salsbury immensely both as the leader and the ...preacher who spike to our souls.
However, as a physician, the church "leaders" disappointed me by turning down 2 worthwhile projects I asked new life to support me, not by financial means, but opportunity to share the projects to our brothers and sisters. Two years ago, I proposed an Alzheimer city project similar to the only one I visited in Amsterdam and recently, a free medical consultation clinic in the New Life care center once or twice a month by a pediatrician, a nurse practitioner who works in medstop and me, all members of new life willing to serve .
I was told abruptly by Gina after her sermon 2 weeks ago that this project was "shelved" and I asked her why and no clear answer was provided. She said maybe the next pastor would consider it. I left angry and hurt and felt that the elites of our church has lost their way in their mission to provide lightness to our members. I will be praying for their wisdom and discernment in making decisions for their members and I ask the whole church to do so.

We've needed to find a new church after our pastor retired last month and attended the last two Sundays at New Life. The first Sunday Chad's message was so energizing and uplifting. Sharing Jesus' lov...e in such a personal way really made us feel welcome. And last Sunday we were able to hear pastor Ron's and were equally impressed.
I am used to a much smaller church but even with New Life being so much larger they really do make you feel at home. They even showed up at our home Wednesday night, dropping off cookies as part of their welcome!
But I must admit that last night's Friday country gospel evening was over the top! My husband and I enjoyed it so much. We are in our late 40's and may have been some of the youngest in the crowd but we knew the songs, loved the message and had a fabulous night!
Way to rock it James Way! And thank you New Life for a awesome new place we can call our own.

New Life Pismo Church was great. I went to the 9am service and got to see two baptismals. I will check out the 11am service to see if there is a younger crowd to connect with. Great message nonetheless.

We attended a few churches in the pismo area because some of our trips land on being away from home Sunday... no excuse to not worship our Lord and Savior. New Life feels more like our home church pre...aching size and music wise. Love it... See More
