Well this was my first time trying NYPD pizza and possibly my last. To start I ordered a pizza by phone at the Chandler Blvd location, when my boyfriend went to... pick it up he was told there was never an order placed, Um ya there was......I even checked my phone log to make sure. My boyfriend did a 3 way call with someone who worked there and it sounded just like the guy I placed the original order with! This guy proceeds to ask if we wanted to place an order.........God no we just wanted to waste our time hanging out at a pizza place at 8pm on a Saturday! So frustrating! Yes we wanted the pizza we originally ordered! OK well that will be ready in 20 mins..........so this was an hour to finally get a pizza and a couple of canolli's. Boyfriend drives 3 mins home and we go to eat, pizza is barely warm, greasy, hardly any toppings! Seriously? ?????? And don't get me started on the mini canolli's, we ordered canolli's not from the kids menu! Bite size at most. $28+ wasted but definitely a lesson learned. After dealing with NYPD for more than a year we had a terrible situation dealing with the Chandler and 101 location. We had attempted to place our order online,... but for some reason the system would not take the certificate we had. When I called the store I spoke to a number of people that had no understanding of online ordering, store ordering or how to take a telephone order. I was passed on to a person named Tony Rodriquez who claimed to be the General Manager, but he was equally clueless about how to take an order, how the store loyalty program worked, how the store smartphone app worked or how to apply my certificate. He told me I would have to speak to head office to place my order and told me he would get me the number and then rudely hung up on me. When I called the store back I got a different manager who informed me the GM had barred us from placing orders ever again due to my status as a military service member, surprising seeing as though NYPD takes its name from the police department. I was able to get the phone number for the Assistant Director, Jamie Reeth, but he has refused to return our call. Very disappointing that we have been regular customers since buying our home in Chandler 18 months ago, placing an order almost every month and spending more than $500 with the store in the period. The company has zero respect for customers, does not value regular business, do not train staff or management in any way, and do not understand how to speak to customers. The quality of its pizza has always been great, but with zero customer service ability and no training of the staff the pizza is highly overpriced for the terrible experience. There are much better pizza companies out there with actual customer service. We will never order from NYPD again and suggest you stay away from them if you are looking for a quality experience from a company that values its customers. NYPD has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and do not expect them to be in business much longer based on having incompetent people such as Tony Rodriquez as GM and Jamie Reeth as Assistant Director in leadership positions. Sad that a company that makes an excellent pizza HATES its customers so much they will go bankrupt. CL عرض المزيد

Ate there almost everyday during a 6 week stay in Chandler in 2012. Best NY pizza...and the best staff, very attentive, efficient and pleasant! Visited Chan...dler 4 years later, had to stop in and intro hubby to this place. He gave it a10...and he's doesn't give 10s very often! Four years later still the best. Oh and the limoncello cake, to die for. Haven't found it anywhere else. Btw, i was told they order it fr Chicago and have it shipped in! A MUST try when you visit! عرض المزيد

I've ordered from here a lot in the past. The caramel for the dessert was all over the bottom of my bag. The salad was slimy and gross. Disappointing.

I love the staff at NYPD- Mill Ave (Tempe, AZ). I work near that location and get to see them on a regular basis. I've dined there during their busy lunch time ...as well as ordered lunch for my team at work. I always receive the best, most genuine, fast and friendly customer service. They truly go above and beyond. The food is always fresh and delicious, the restaurant is super clean, they offer amazing customer service, great location... what else can I ask for :) 5 GOLD Stars in my book! Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my family while celebrating my birthday and my granddaughter's birthday! Our table was ready for all nine of us at 6 pm as requ...ested and from the moment we entered until we said our goodbyes, we were treated like family. Each of our meals were perfectly prepared and they went out of their way several times to accommodate our special requests. The deliciously cheesy baked ziti and calzone were almost as amazing as our pepperoni and jalapeño pizza! We ordered several pizzas and each one was carefully prepared and arrived bubbling hot! NYPD provided us with exceptionally friendly service and perfectly prepared, delicious, authentic Italian food in a fun, comfortable pizza parlor atmosphere! We will absolutely return! عرض المزيد

Had high hopes for this particular location due to it being my first time and I was left disappointed.....Once I ordered for carryout, was told 20mins...went ba...ck in to check on my order, told another 15mins due to them getting a big pizza order....said okay I can wait. My 2nd time here. First time took nearly an hour for a slice. This time super fast but they just took cheese pizza that was already cooked, tossed on cold toppings and gave it to me. Not good.

I love NYPD Pizza! We usually order antipasto and a 3 topping pizza. My experience has always been exceptional, and the team members have always treated us well. Wish they would move a location back to Ahwatukee where I live.

Went to Sky Harbor International NYPD, never again. Waitress sent the wrong order out, she claimed that they didn't have this product. I looked at my party with a confused look. It was clearly on the menu. Never again at this location.
