Good afternoon Niagara Falls Community members:

The Niagara Falls Housing Authority Board of Commissioner's has voted to sell the Renaissance Place, located at 2616 Highland Avenue. The decision to sell the building is based on economic reasons. The NFHA is still and always will be committed to Empower, Enrich and Build Strong Communities. However, unfortunately there has been some misinformation in the Niagara Falls Community in regards to the selling of Renaissance pla...ce.

The NFHA Board of Commissioners nor has the staff been offered or approached by any potential buyer to sell this building and make it into a night club.

The Renaissance Building is still for sale and if you or someone you know is interested in making an offer to buy the building, please contact Mr. Sam Tallarico at (716) 998-9220 or if you have any questions or comments, please contact Mrs. Patricia Barone, Deputy Executive Director at (716) 285-6961 or Angela Smith, Senior Housing Manager at (716) 285-5381 by June 9, 2017.

Thank you for your consideration and participation.
