Employees are always friendly. Love the experience and can’t wait to return!
The store was very clean and spacious, which is a rarity in Manhattan so it was a nice change from t...he hustle and bustle outside. They had two floors full of merchandise to choose from and multiple consoles available for free game play in store. I got a Zelda shirt and a Pikmin rock plush 😍 See More

This is a great store for Nintendo fans. I’ve read some complaints that it’s small, but it’s located... at Rockefeller Center, prime $$$ real estate so it’s big for New York standards. It’s 2 stories and has game consoles to play on. My kids are Splatoon fans & we were able to buy some merchandise that cost far more if you purchase them from Amazon. The people that work there are helpful & friendly. There’s a display of the game consoles that they’ve had over the years with some historical information & large character statues but it’s not a museum. There are Nintendo shirts & other merchandise such as water bottles & mugs that are exclusive to New York and also some shirts that we’ve bought at J.C. Penney for a lot less. They have nice shopping bags too with different characters on them. They also have a convenient charging station in the shape of a Donkey Kong barrel. We’re spending a week in New York & have seen a lot of the sights & this was the only place that brought a smile to my son’s face!😂 It’s worth the visit if you enjoy Nintendo, so much so that we’ll probably go again.
