Food was tasty, broth for pho had tons of flavor, but the service was incredibly slow. Some of my friends at the table were nearly done eating before receiving their drink orders. The sides for t...he pho we're never even brought to the table. It didn't appear to be particularly busy to warrant such a long wait. Perhaps it was just a fluke, I am going to try it again sometime. Definitely don't eat here if you are in a rush! See More

When this place first opened the food was outstanding but since then it has gone downhill! The food quality is not very good and tastes totally different than from when it first opened! Plus portion s...ize is much smaller! See More

I've been to Nom Nom many times. I love their beef pho. However, how can I give a restaurant a good review if I am unable to even order the food? It is not uncommon for people to call in and order for lunch while they are working. I waited on hold for eleven minutes just to have the person on the other end pick up the phone and say it's going to be a lot longer...How do you only have one person working? Is my money not as good as someone who is physically standing in front of you?

I guess I'll go to JW Chens instead...

Just visited this place tonight. The setting is quaint yet vibrant and modern. The food is simply amazing. Best Asian cuisine I've had hands down. Great service as well. You don't know what you are mi...ssing if you love Asian cuisine and haven't tried this place. See More

We got the vegetarian pho, it wasn't the best. I like Bowl of Pho so much better. The carpet was gross and I think they could do better with the taste of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I tried this place for the first time earlier this week, and I ended up going back tonight. As a vegetarian I was delighted at the plethora of options. I tried the Pho earlier this week, and it was sc...rumptious.
Tonight I had the Lemongrass tofu & vermicelli dish and I could cry tears of joy. The dish was utterly sensational, with a delicate balance of flavors. Some of the best tofu I've had the pleasure of tasting. My husband enjoyed the grilled pork Bahn Mi as well as the chicken satay. The service was fast & friendly as well.
This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in South Bend. If I could eat here every day, I would be perfectly content.

We waited 30min before our order was taken. Service was overall slow and mediocre. The waitress didn't follow simple steps to good service, couldn't describe dishes, and did not inform us gratuity ( w...hich was not earned ) was applied at the conclusion of the meal. See More

Excellent flavors, authentic recipes, and fresh to order. We will be back and we will bring the family. Pho, tacos, spring rolls, pad see ewe, and Pad Thai were a great choice for our first visit.

Your restaurant stinks up the city! That smell is horrible! Please move out in the middle of no where or just plain shut your doors!!

This place is awesome: the food is super fresh and authentic, service is great, and the owner is a sweetheart. So far I've only tried the Nom Nom tacos (both the pork belly and shrimp), which are deli...cious, the green papaya salad with shrimp (which is refreshing), and the fragrant lemongrass chicken is wonderful--it's listed as spicy, but ask them to bump it up if you're a fan of chili heat. The regular menu is quite extensive, and there is also a very reasonably priced lunch special menu as well. If you're a fan of Vietnamese food, this place will not disappoint. See More

This is one of my new favorite restaurants in South Bend. The prices are affordable, the location is conveniently situated so that you can walk around downtown after a meal, and the food is excellent.... I personally recommend the fried spring roll, satay chicken, and the bun bo nuong. You should know that the bun bo nuong is hot beef served with room temperature vermicelli rice noodles, vegetables, and a "house sauce". It takes some getting used to if you're not familiar with Vietnamese food, but it is delicious! See More

Was a really good dining experience. The food was fresh and well presented. We had the pad Thai. It was a very nice blend of flavors with good balance as a pad Thai should have. The service was very... good and the restaurant was very clean. They need to have a bar in order to capture the evening business in this area. They are very close to a couple of restaurants with a full bar and great food. So unless you just want Thai or Vietnamese cooking you would probably walk by to do to a full device restaurant. That being said, this restaurant is a great addition to south bend. See More

The food is good but their policies are very inflexible and not business savvy.

I ordered a curry and I wanted to try their pho too, but not a full portion, so I tried to order their kids pho, and wa...s told only kids, and they could make no exception, even though I ordered a separate dish already. I had to order another full item if I wanted to try.

So, I didn't get to try the pho. There's only 1 person handling everything in front so it takes them a while to take your order, though afterwards you get the food fairly quickly.

I'm disappointed. I wanted to order more and they wouldn't let me do it in a reasonable manner.

The food was phenomenal. I had the beef pho and absolutely loved it. The lemon grass chicken will change your life and do not skip on the nom nom tacos.
