As of today's deadline to opt-in or opt-out of the mass debris-cleanup underway, more than 300 city and county residents had officially "opted out" while about 600 haven't signed the right-of-entry paperwork or made the decision whether to opt-in our opt-out. News editor Tom Gogola has the up-to-the minute numbers on deadline day—and focuses on the post-fire rebuilding process through the eyes of one opt-out resident in Coffey Park, Dan Bradford:
