Everytime I try to see one of your feeds on Facebook and advertisements for housing etc for OU pops up over the page. I cannot see what you write because of it. I cannot get it off either. Please do s...omething about that. Thank you See More

The Daily has been embarrassing OU for a while now, and I hope they can return to legitimacy. Articles are written just to stir the pot and get views, not to education and improve the student experien...ce. A real shame. See More

I want to thank y’all for showing my son around yesterday and letting him listen in on a day in your shoes. He was so pumped up he was already to join college even though he’s only a Junior in High Sc...hool. Your program is amazing and it just shows how you prepare the students for the real world. Thanks for all you do! See More

The OU Daily isn't going to be your average quality of the New York Times or Wall Street Journal, in fact, it won't be even remotely close to that. However, it does a good job of keeping people up to on what's taking place around campus, the state, and in some cases the world. My first semester at OU was Spring 2015, during which the SAE incident took place. The Daily made it easy for me to tune out other news outlets, and focus on the news that was coming out of my school directly, the news that really mattered. While the Daily may be viewed as biased to some, I don't see why a newspaper that conflicts with your views is a bad thing. As college students, we are here to be challenged, and that includes encountering opinions and reading things you may disagree with. Overall, The OU Daily gets 4 stars because it's a newspaper that reports on the events and issues around campus, it usually has some fun informative pieces, it's got some awesome sports writers (I'd like to see more podcasts), and it's investigative pieces are, for the most part, thorough and well researched. So glad to have a student paper that cares about representing the views of its students, especially those who are marginalized in our society and on our campus. Those who disagree with these voices ma...y accuse The Daily of bias, but I am so happy to know that there is a forum on campus that represents ALL students. See More

Received my degree from OU 1988. This Facebook page has become so liberal that nothing in the articles can be taken as fact. Journalism ethics have went out to lunch. All articles now appear to always... have some sort of agenda. See More

I have been a student at the University of Oklahoma for over three years now. I am embarrassed to have the OU Daily as the "voice of students on campus". The OU Daily consistently confirms the popular... notion that they operate in a grey area somewhere between ineptitude and poor taste. Whether it is causing William Morris Endeavor to black-list the campus from future performances, sensationalizing stories based on little to no credible information, or antagonizing featured/honored guests during interviews, readers have a wide range of reasons to never pick up a copy. I sincerely hope that a change of power or staff will come though the pipeline. Until then, their lack of integrity and quality journalism will keep me far away from their articles. See More

Liberal newspaper that ignores any opinion that differs from the Liberal agenda! They actually told Student Veterans Association that Veteran's day and Veteran's events are not important to them! The ...only good portion of this newspaper is the sports section! I hope the Daily gets new leadership soon! See More

Most embarrassing excuse for a newspaper I have ever seen. The last sports article about Dede and Mixon was the worst thing I have ever read. You try to represent liberal values and you are just emb...arrassing yourself in the process. Every single editor on this newspaper must live in a damn hole. See More

An embarrassment to the university, the journalism community, and the state of Oklahoma itself. Enough with the liberal agenda and articles riddled with grammatical errors. Get back to unbiased on stories large and small while showing some pride in the process. Leave your opinion at the door. See More

Some of the most terrible writing you will ever come across. When I was in college the paper was picked up primarily to see who was arrested the night before. To call any of its content journalism is ...a far stretch. See More

You know the litter that accumulates at the bottom of fences you pass along side roads and highways? Yeah, that's what I think of when I hear talk of the OU Daily.

Poor quality, actively ignores stories of the university and students harassing others for having conservative political views. Often report "news" with no credible sourcing. It speaks volumes that fo...r a large portion of the student body the Ou Daily has become a synonym for "fake news". Hopefully new leadership will take over that's more focused on facts than opinions, but given the Daily's history, this seems very unlikely. See More
