Looking for someone to take over my studio apartment lease at the Callaway House Apartments. I pay $994 per month, which includes use of the parking garage and all utilities. Electricity is separate. ...My lease runs until August 4th, 2018. I would be willing to pay upfront part of each month's rent for the remainder of my contract ($100-200/month).

If interested, my number is 405-595-9250

Extremely poor service, when you visit in person they tell you to send them an email, which if you're lucky they will answer in two weeks. If you call they will tell you that the person you need is at... lunch, no matter if it is 10 am or 2 pm. Avoid University housing as much as possible. See More

Hi all, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Crimson Park for Spring 2018! The lease ends July 25th, 2017. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath (my room is sharing a bath) apartment. I have 2 male room...mates currently and am just looking for someone to take over my bedroom. My roommates are super friendly and are easy to live with. I need someone to take over as I need to move out for personal reasons. It’s $439 a month with utilities being about $20 (changes with how much you use, I haven’t ever gone over $35) on top of that a month. It's fully furnished (they just got all new furniture and floors a month ago) and my room is the largest of the 3 with a HUGE walk-in closet and large windows looking out at the parking lot. The apartment complex is gated, pet friendly and has a 24 hour fitness gym, a pool, volleyball court, free tanning, a shuttle to and from LNC, and other amenities! I’ve loved living there and I haven’t ever had any problems with the apartment I just need someone to take over my lease! I will pay the subleasing fee for you and I’m hoping to move out after Fall 2017 finals. If anyone has questions or is interested, please message me on Facebook or you can text me 405-761-8772! Hey there! I am a current out of state student and was planning on attending OU in the spring. It’s a long story, but signed a lease with Post Oak Apartments and I am needing someone to take over my l...ease since I am legally bound on the lease agreement. My intended move-in date was Dec 19, 2017.

I am not attending OU anymore, therefore I am desperately needing someone to take over my lease. It is a one-bedroom apartment, in a perfect location in regards to campus. Super easy to get to the interstate, and is in a safe community. Rent should be $709 a month, however I was supposed to get $20 off a month for being an OU employee, therefore it would be $689 a month. Super reasonable for how close to campus it is, and how clean and renovated the building is.

Post Oak has great amenities including tanning, BBQ grills, two pools, a tennis court, fitness center, lots of parking, and great management. They answered every question that I had. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit, which I have come t find is pretty rare for apartments near campus.

This lease would be perfect for someone coming back from studying abroad, or needing a new place for the second semester! The lease ends 07/21/18.

If you have any further questions feel free to contact me. I am in close contact with Alex, their leasing manager and can get any questions answered for you.

All the best

Hello all!

This fall, i moved to Oklahoma to establish residency for OU and to be closer to my boyfriend of three years who currently attends OU. I had finally gotten into a routine of working two and I even made a friend or two in the foreign land that is Oklahoma when I received the news that I had to move back to Washington State due to a medical emergency. I am currently under going treatment and will soon start the process of recovery but this was very hard financially and am currently unable to live by myself much less afford a year's lease.

I am hoping to have someone do a lease takeover for my room in Crimson Park, it is the biggest room in the apartment and its 500 a month plus the convenience fee, which hasnt been over 35. My roommates that live there are actually super friendly and fun, they'll occasionally have a friend or two over but are never loud or disrespectful. Also, between the two of them, they have mostly all the kitchen appliances and common area decor handled. Im currently coordinating with my boyfriend to have my things out by mid october. If you decide to move in by October or November, I will try and have both those months covered so that you have a little while to get settled. :)

Anywho, please feel free to message me via facebook or contact me via email or phone(texting is uper chill)! If you prefer to simply get in touch with Crimson Park so that they are aware that you are interested in my apartment, I would also encourage that communication. Just tell them you're interested in Sonia Zavala's apartment and they would be more than happy to assist you. This would be a win win situation if you or any (female) you know is interested in this apartment! Win for me if I could just worrry about medical expenses and win for you because you'll get an apartment with two super chill girls!

Thank you to those who managed to read this huge post! Also thank you in advance for your kind consideration in helping me out!

It's a 3 bedroom furnished cottage and each room has it's own bathroom alon...g with walk in closet. Message me if you are interested! There is no damage and the house has always been well cared for, I've been in the same one for 4 years now. My roommate is also thinking about subleasing so if you have another friend you want to live with it could work out well! See More

Living on campus is a huge rip off. You can get larger apartments off campus for hundreds of dollars less a month. OU housing is terrible about maintenance and half of the stuff in your apartment might not work. See More
