I will definitely come back, it was very nice and clean. I only have two complaints. One, our reservation said breakfast was included and it wasn’t, it was $40 for two “buffets”. Two, when we first ar...rived, I called down for a fan and the lady who answered the phone had me spell fan three times and asked me what it did. She transferred me to someone else and I was on hold for ten minutes, but I finally got a fan brought up. Other than that, my stay went very well. See More

Air didn’t work, inside it’s covered with decades of lint, dust, and filth so no wonder, changed rooms, air barely worked but tolerable, had to fiddle with tv for 10 minutes to get it to come on, iron... stained my shirt, TINY room, outlets work intermittently which was loads of fun, when I checked in they were quick to brag about putting me in a newly remodeled room but failed to mention it was also under construction, listening now to the Workman outside my door so glad I got up early. Tons of other little annoyances but staff were polite and maintenance responded quickly. Mostly small stuff, nothing big but I spend much of my life in hotels so the little stuff matters to me. It’s an old property and it shows, they are remodeling so to finishes are nice but I’m afraid it’s just a cosmetic remodel. Access to plenty of Working, reliable outlets is a must these days, waking up to a dead phone you left charging is aggravating. Listening to electric saws and hammers in the morning is aggravating. Listening to the damn elevator motors roaring all night is aggravating. I’ve stayed here many times over the years, glad they are remodeling, I hope when they are done, it’s worthwhile. I’ll probably go back to Courtyards for a while and maybe next year try them again. See More

Very satisfied with our 1 night stay. The gentleman that checked us in was apparently new, but very friendly. Every time we stopped at the desk he acknowledged that he remembered who we were. The ma...nager (in a suit) not so much so. Quite aloof. Excellent property as far as amenities. Lounge and restaurant on site as well as a great snack area. Pool area was great. Room clean and relatively updated, although the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Would have been nice to have breakfast included in the room rate, which is very common for most properties these days. $16.00 per person for buffet was very much out of line. Unable to log onto WiFi?? Required password, which we were not given. Overall, very satisfied with our stay. Nice to stay in a property that has lounge and restaurant, especially in an area that is totally void of any restaurants, quick shops etc. I have always disliked the Regency area because there is absolutely nothing there other than businesses. Great room, though the entrance is somewhat narrow. Bathroom, bedroom and bed wonderful, cool barn door style to bathroom. Shower very cool, comfortable, big. Wonderful welcome, good service at fron...t desk and restaurant. See More

The shower in the room was backing up and the hot tub in the pool area was not working and the windows in the pool area looked like they had not been cleaned sence they where installed

The staff was all extremely friendly. Dishes were left in the hallway, but they were gone by the time we left at 9am. There were a lot of teenagers running around the hotel as there were some sports t...ournaments in town I guess. They were pretty rowdy but the staff did try and stay on them in the public areas to be quiet and not run etc. Didn't seem to notice it (the noise) when we were in our room though. The lounge and dinner was quite expensive but it was delicious and the wait staff was very helpful making recommendations and answering all our questions. The email that was sent prior to our stay stated they would hold $50 for incidentals and an extra $80 was held on top of the room rate and the $50 that was expected (but we ended up spending that and then some at the lounge). Overall, was a good stay and would stay again to give it another try. See More

Anna S. Turned a bad situation and resolved by listening to my concern and resolving with one simple email. Due to this I would highly recommend staying at this property and using there meeting facilities!

Not a Marriott experience. Dirty dishes left around the hotel not cleaned up for days. No towels in the pool area or dozens of wet towels not cleaned up. Housekeeping entered the room with a Do Not ...Disturb on the final Day and cleaned the room prior to checkout. Throwing out items in the fridge and not sure where other personal items went. Save your money and stay at a Super 8. 3rd and final year ina row our group event was here and 3rd year running the stay way horrible. See More

Thin walls. Located far away from other services. Front desk friendly but everyone in Nebraska is friendly. You can get friendly at Motel 6 in Nebraska.
There is a restaurant but really just a souped ...up Holiday Inn Express breakfast that you pay for here. See More

My worst experience at a Marriott. Had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. My kids went to shower to find out that the showergail bottle was half empty from the previous guess. I did not want to ...think if that was just a shower gel bottle not being change my sheets more then likely did not either. See More

This is the worst Marriott that I have ever stayed. The place is run very poorly and they do a terrible job cleaning the rooms. My room was not vacuumed so I called the front desk to complain but they... never even offered to have someone come up and vacuum the room. I stayed there on a Friday night and then the next Saturday and Sunday night so it was not a one time occurrence. Do yourself a favor....stay somewhere other than this Marriott!!! See More

On the surface everything was great, nice hotel, and the staff were friendly. I was prepared for the $50 a day for incidentals, a three night stay I assumed would be $150. I checked my bank account an...d found about 240 was held. I asked about the extra charge and w as s told it was a mistake and was being put back on my card. The day I checked out after getting home I checked my card again and found another hold for an additional $70 plus. What's with all the holds on my money? Will not be staying there again. See More

Nice hotel I just don't like construction noise over my head during my stay I recommend u Block the rooms where u while construcuction is being done .. other than that very nice front desk Langston is... an exceptional front desk employee and my room was very clean and the food is delicious @ this marriott See More

Very displeased. I stay at Marriotts everywhere I go. I like this property however the night staff was very unpleasant and unapproachable. Made you feel like you were doing something wrong. I also ...had multiple rooms and the rewards program is not giving us appropriate credit for the stay. I requested the receipt for our stay emailed so that I can rectify the issue with the rewards program, nothing was sent. Unfortunately I feel that another brand may be better as Marriott as a whole is not concerned with its customers I feel. I normally recommend people who I travel with to stay at Marriott yet I do not feel I can with good conscious do this anymore. See More

I loved it everyone one was so nice and helpful. My room was beautiful and clean. Room service was so nice. The pool was warm the kid's had so much fun. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

My tour group paid for my stay as their driver. Guest services told me I could charge room service to my personal charge card. When I got up this a.m. and picked up the bill slid under my door they ...charged my entire stay to my personal card to the tune of over $400! I was assured this would not happen last night. Incidental expenses they said. A.m. guest services says this is the card that was presented when you checked in, which is not true. I just presented it last night for room service. My group had to present one when they gave me my room card. But I'll get a reimbursement within 3-5 days once my tour coordinator comes down and presents her card (again)! See More

Our room had 2 full-size beds and was really small! For a family of four it was a little snug. The pictures on an extremely popular hotel booking site are misleading. However, we only stayed for 1 nig...ht so we managed.

In addition, our room wasn't the cleanest. While packing to leave we found a pizza receipt (dated 03/25/17) in the bed sheets. This tells me that the bed linens/comforter were either not changed, or improperly cleaned. Gross!

We love staying at Marriotts, but this most recent stay (check-in 03/31) will have use thinking twice when we book another stay. On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival.

So my first two days here were not great due to noise from construction, but day three they moved me to a very nice room away from the noise. I appreciated the effort to make it right, if I could give... another half star I would because I am so glad to be out of the room! 😃 Happy with management (Lori) for fixing it. Kudos! See More

Reserved a king room, checked in at 10:00 AM (via their app). Arrived to find they had booked all of the king rooms...why check in early if I'm
not getting the room reserved? When I challenged the g...irl at the front desk, she claimed it was not noted then saw where it was and said "oh well." Small beds (even for doubles), small rooms, small bathrooms. See More
