I've had good experiences with the service department at O'Neill Honda, especially in the past few years. So far, no one's tried to scare me into expensive repairs, they seem to offer honest and strai...ghtforward advice, and it doesn't feel like they're being patronizing (unlike many other service places I've dealt with in the past 6 months). The Service Advisors I've been assigned have all been professional and courteous. As long as O'Neill Honda conducts business this way, I'll happily be a customer and recommend it to others. See More

I am so pleased with the service provided by O'Neill Honda. I brought my Element in due to recall of airbags. The people in the service department are so courteous and friendly. It is obvious they about what they're doing and how they treat the customer and the car! See More

3 years ago I got a used 2004 Honda Accord from Onei'll Honda. Bob was my salesman and he was great. My Honda still runs great and not a single problem since I got it. Brake pad replacement only. The person was nice on the phone... but when it came to actually trying to help. I was talked down to because I have a tight budget. ( I'm a stay at home mom ) so we don't have a lot to spend. If u do...n't think u can help me find something in my budget then say something like I will keep an eye out... I don't need to be told how hard it is I know. Wouldn't buy anything from them after this even if it was what I wanted and in my budget :( See More

Recently, I went in for my normal 10,000 mile maintenance at O'Neill Honda. I went in, expecting to pay over $150 for service to accommodate an "A" alert, along with a tire rotation, and I left withou...t dropping a dime. With me paying for Honda maintenance, the service was free of charge, and the hospitality with my service advisor was excellent. Ive never come across a better all around dealership in my life. The customer service was better than any I've ever experienced. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable about all the cars on their... lot. Shervin was the car salesman who helped me out today. I could tell he actually cared about me as a customer and wanted to help me out, unlike any car salesman I've ever come in contact with. I went in there to look around and get an idea of what I wanted to buy in the near future and ended up trading my car in on the spot and purchasing a brand new Honda Civic. I was on a budget and they were very helpful in figuring out a way to get me to drive off in a brand new car. If you're every thinking of buying a Honda I recommend O'Neill Honda 10/10 times. I have a 2006 Honda Civic, it developed a cracked engine at 110K miles and coolant leaked. Its a known issue with honda civic with a weak point in their new aluminium engine with a warranty issued num...ber 10-048. Initially the warranty was issued for 8 years and then increased to 10 years. How ever my honda is 11 years old and inspite of low mileage Honda refuses to do anything. Shame on honda for providing a defective product and not fixing it.

On top of it the dealership refused to even tell me there was an extended warranty on it and when probed as to why they did not inform me when I asked why it has happened the dealership agent (Josh) told me Honda company has instructed them to not to divulge such information unless brought up by customer. Shame on O'Neil Honda.
Then they connected me to a sales agent at O'neil who went on to quote very expensive lease terms knowing I need a car urgently. Anyway they were not even close to being competitive with other dealerships on their rates, so I did not even call them back.
I gave them an extra star since they did call me back
