Optima has played a crucial role on my healing journey, with Chronic Lyme! Dr Sue and Gail are amazing! The ozone treatments (with UV and IV glutathione) have advanced my healing and I am now seeing... about a 75% improvement (in conjunction with herbal protocols from Kristen McPhee Nutrition & Herbs, as well as a Paleo/ketogenic way of eating). I highly recommend Optima and Dr. Sue to anyone who is suffering from Chronic Lyme or any of the other health issues that these alternative treatments can help! Thank You!! See More

Optima Health and Vitality is the place to be! I could go on and on about the superb care I receive here! All the staff are incredibly warm, kind and caring, and treatment is top of the line.
When I... first came I could hardly walk from a knee sports injury, and was still dealing with high pain and low mobility in my neck from a childhood accident. Dr. Bircher has been the most thorough Dr. I've ever seen. I can now say that my knees are 99% better and I have mobility in my neck I never dreamed was possible again. Amazing!
I would be surprised if you could find another place that has as many treatment options with Dr.'s and staff who care so deeply.
Look no further, come to Optima Health and Vitality Center!

February is Heart Health Month:
Heart Health Tip of the Week - ditch the daily soda habit, both diet and regular. If you crave carbonation, try sparkling water instead of a soda!

Prevent the spread of germs by covering your cough with your ELBOW. When you cough into your HAND and aren’t able to wash right away, you touch a door handle or credit card pin pad… the Flu virus can live on hard surfaces for 8 to 12 hours… and those germs spread like wildfire. Coughing or sneezing into your ELBOW drastically decreases the spread of germs. Yes, your shirt will need to be washed, but the germs aren’t on your hands being spread to others or cycling them back to yourself  STAY WELL!

If the muscles in the shoulder are not in balance and contracting in the correct order, the result can be increased mechanical stress of the shoulder joint. Chiropractic adjustments can improve the alignment and restrictions in the neck, decreasing the stress on the nerves affecting the shoulder muscles.
