While this administration has been quick to cast aside important clean air, safe drinking water, and environmental protections to build a border wall, I’ve been... proud to stand up for South Texas. The Sierra Club's endorsement is a testament to the work we have done and will continue to do to protect these sensitive environments.

Moving forward , every single community and state would need to prioritize a mandate similar to S.B, 600 New Mexico 2007 legislature,.
H.B 1045 and S.B. 1348 Texas 83 legislature. This is our guarantee to prioritize our differences in this pandemic and in future pandemic. It would also prevent from any lawsuits that might arise if anyone where to decide to reopen for business
