Maj. Gen. Anthony Carrelli, adjutant general of Pennsylvania, Maj. Gen. Mark Schindler, deputy adjutant general - Army, and Maj. Gen. Mark McCormack, commander of the 28th Infantry Division, met Monday with 14 Lithuanian Soldiers who are at Fort Indiantown Gap to participate in a large command post exercise with the 28th ID. It is the first time the Pennsylvania National Guard has had such international participation in one of its war fighter exercises. “We are always very excited to be venturing into new territory with our Lithuanian partners,” said Carrelli.

Brig. Gen. Edwards S. Little Jr., assistant adjutant general, was promoted to his current rank during a ceremony on Oct. 23 at Fort Indiantown Gap. Little's son, Teddy, pinned on his new rank as Little's wife, Beth, looked on.
