What a great #PRSAICON this year! Hoosier Chapter and HQ did it right! This particular Marriott property was also rock solid! Great programming throughout, and plenty of networking opportunity. Nice t...o see us bet recognizing the value of Sections. A couple things to work on for next time... (1) HQ needs to better communicate the variety of business meeting times/locations... Don't solely count on the particular volunteers for each group to pass the word, especially as there are those of us with broad equities that need to know what's happening and might not know in time without HQ spreading the word in a more consolidated fashion like you do for your own staff; (2) the exhibitor booths seemed all over the map this time, and just hard to ensure if I saw all I could... They just seemed scattered, probably due to hotel layout. But again, I stress that this was a fantastic event this year! Keep up the great work! Thanks! See More

Where do I even begin to explain how great this organization is? First of all, it helps promote the profession with topics such as ethics and diversity. Next, PRSA provides great motivation for when y...ou feel burnt out on work or when you want to try something new. I was introduced to it via the student organization PRSSA. If you are in pr, become a member because this group really helps the field and the profession. See More

Hello everyone. I have just opened my own Public Relations Firm based in Long Island, New York. I am working nation-wide and taking client's from anywhere in the country. I would like to receive some ...advice from some of the professionals in this field that have been around for a while. I have created 4 packages that I offer to my clients. Maybe someone can let me know whether my prices are reasonable or not. Thanks to anyone who can help. I have a BA in marketing, but this is my first time working with my own firm instead of working for a different firm. See More
