I love the proximity to my sister’s house, the amazing recliner seats, and the free parking. However, the two kiosks outside are gone and the one near the entrance is broken. In the ladies room, only sink works. It is clear that the owners are not putting money into maintaining the place. I sure hope they reconsider. We really like the theater. See More

Great theatre and location. Just off the beach. Park at the parking deck across the street and get free parking w/ movie ticket. Lots of great dining after or before the movie. I prefer this over ...the other local theatres. Just as nice too w/ full recliner seats. See More

Disappointed. When I was driving into the parking house, I read the text that it was 4 hours free parking. Fine I thought... Then driving out of the parking house, it turn out that I was supposed to h...ave validated my parking ticked somehow, which I was not informed of when getting the theater tickets... So I had to pay another 6 dollars on top of the real expensive theater tickets... Guess I go somewhere else next time I see a movie. See More

Confusing layout. I had a hard time even finding the theater. They didn't tell me that they had to punch my parking ticket or I would have to pay another 7$ just to leave. I'm not coming back here again.

Great experience! Saturday was my husband's and my first time visiting this theatre in about 5 years and it was nice to see all the upgrades that have been made. Theatre wasn't over crowded and we the movie in total comfort in the electric reclining chairs! I left my ticket for the parking garage in my car and the manager waited for me to return with the ticket after they were already closed to validate it for me. Hubby and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we enjoyed the time that we spent in your establishment! See More

First and foremost, it shouldn't cost 4 people ( 2 of which are children) $60 for an afternoon movie. That in itself is ridiculous.
We were unable to purchase tickets outside and, instead, were to wait in the refreshment line to even buy tickets. We were required to pick assigned seats and when we finally agreed to the upgrade to recliners (because the employee had been so pushy and insistent upon it), we were told there were no available recliners. However, when we watched our movie, all of the recliners were open and all moviegoers were crammed into the first 3 rows of seats.

All in all, it was a really disappointing experience.

I took my son and his friend to the free summer movie today and I wanted to write in about the gentleman who I believe was the mgr. I purchased snacks and drinks for the kids and couldn't carry it all... back to the theater by myself. I said I would make 2 trips and he said not necessary and helped me carry everything back to the theater where the boys were waiting for me. He was such a kind person. See More

we are from Iowa and have no theatres like this. first the location is amazing. was easy to find and don't worry about the parking you get 4 hrs when you go to a movie. next its like at a perfect "dat...e" night area. plenty of restaurants and bars to go to. lastly the theatre itself is VERY clean. we opted to buy online the reserved recliners. I wasn't sure at first but when we sat down it was just amazing. they are comfortable and you pay about the same as normal seats back home. best way to spend Christmas eve. thanks See More

Go here all the time and never have an issue!!! i always get the reclining seats super comfy!!! although snack prices are a little high and there are times we have to wait inside in the snack line f...or our tickets which is a bummer but i will keep coming here because it clean .... everyone is super nice and free parking! What do I think of Paragon Ocean Walk 10 ? Very little . It was an unhappy and disappointing experience . We discovered there are no longer tucket sales at the ticket window . You can stand in the hot... sun and buy the tickets with a debit or credit card at a kiosk . Or go inside and wait in the concession stand , so they can up sell , if course . They have two employees making pizza , that's all they do . The manager was manned the ticket take and actualization took cash from one couple but would not from Daniel . If I said he was rude it would be too kind . So Daniel had to wait behind a couple with kids while they picked the seats and candy . You have to pick your seat BEFOREHAND and if you want a recliner it's a dollar more . Okay I puck me seat by the level of the seat to the scene and the location of the screaming children . As it wads taking longer and longer I became a caged beast , the manager hind his useless butt in the useless ticket office . Okay if Daniel did get the tickets the movie was now 5 minutes to start and no ticket taker . Honestly we will NEVER return , it is the closest to the house but the most inconvenient . I think once the Speedway Cinema opens the Ocean Walk is history . I wanted a recliner but for a dollar more a person , no choice of seating when I walk into the theatre . We are at Regal 12 , it was $3 cheaper and if we did the recliner , it would be $5 .It's frto!m now on . See More

Beautiful theater on the beach with comfy seats and nice auditoriums. The pizza is the best in town...made your way! Beer and wine are available for the grown ups!! An overall great place to watch a movie!

I would have given it a 5 star except for the concession stand employee and the INSANE prices.
I am a combat wounded disabled Veteran with PTSD, when I asked for a aisle seat closest to the nearest, the young man acted like it was a inconvenience to take a moment and show me on the screen which specific seat that would be. I am not going to announce my disability just to get proper customer service!
Then the pricing...the pizza place is owned by the same company but far less expensive when it comes to drinks. WHY? $4.50 for a bottled water and the same size and brand is $2.50 a few steps away but do they tell you NOPE. They also don't tell you that you can buy a large cup at the movie place and pay for your drink at the pizza place ( pizza place has free refills ) Every family doesn't have $60 to spend on a afternoon at the movies!

What's better than a clean, comfortable theater with crystal clear video and awesome sound?

Electric leather recliners with tons of space between rows....

This is my favorite way to watch new movies. So glad to have found this place!

I love the reserved seating and reclining seats. We booked early with Fandango and sat in our favorite seats with no need to come an hour early. A new level of movie watching. Thanks.

People working at this theater arena bunch of rude bitches. Treating the people who here to enjoy their free movie day like pieces of shit. I am appalled with the lack of customer service. I will be g...etting the name of the specific bitch who was very very rude. To be continued... See More

It was affordable, i was shocked at the price of the tickets ($7 each) for an evening movie. The theaters were a bit small but overall it was nice.
