I say very good because it is such an iconic structure and historical site. I would like it to be a little cleaner and to have recycling for bottle and cans. The downstairs bathroom which is new was ...pretty grubby and needed to be cleaned. The sound always reverberates and can be pretty fumphy in a lot of places. I am very proud it is still standing and enjoying ever increasing use. See More

I haven't been there in many years! It was a great experience. The show was really enjoyable, the people working in the theater were very pleasant and the theater itself was in excellent condition. Lo...cated rght on boardwalk in Asbury Park, main entrance has cute shops & outside balcony is cool with lovely view of Asbury. Only set back is no handicap accessibility cause it's an older theater. Guys at the door were old cocksuckers on power trips. Typical "this is a rare moment where my voice matters" type of guys. Telling people that they are the ones in charge lol. Get a life. Seriously. O...ther than that, the theater itself is a nice building with interesting architecture inside. The ushers were very nice and the complete opposite of the old cocksuckers at the door. Sound is great. I love going to the Paramount Theatre. It is such a beautiful place and every seat has a great view of the stage. I hope this is around for many generations to come.

Great place to see a show, but turn down the heat. It was way too hot in there- from a person who is always freezing.

It was incredible! Such history and wonderfully preserved. I was on a paranormal investigation there and got to see a lot of what the theater has in place. From original architecture and craftsmansh...ip to WiFi. A valuable site to learn about and discover in person. See More

There is so much restoration needed. And there are so many people that love and use and visit it. It needs to be funded to be restored. Who wants to get this fund started? Micheal Devonshire challenged!

Sound is terrible. It's a shame because the entertainment is good but the acoustics are bad. Could use a paint job too! Step it up Paramount

It is a really nice theatre. Plenty of room inside. The upstairs balcony is cool to hang out on. The location is in such a nice area. I had a blast there.

Annica Lin will be one of twenty speakers and entertainers to hit the stage at TEDxAsburyPark 2018 - Passion on Saturday, May 19th at the Paramount Theatre on t...he Asbury Park Boardwalk. Enjoy an unforgettable and inspiring day as he presents her talk ”How does running marathons transform my life?”

Annica spent her formative years in Taiwan, where she resolved to come to America to provide a better life for her family. To accomplish this, she saved up and bought herself a one-way ticket to New York City. Step-by-step, she worked herself up to her version of the American Dream: She pursued her Master’s degree at NYU, worked for a stock brokerage on Wall Street and made her way up to Marketing Director. She later fell in love with digital media and decided to pursue it as her new career, becoming a Google certified partner and working at advertising agencies. Through it all, she kept her passion for living her healthiest life. She’s a self-proclaimed iron chef and unintentionally discovered running in 2011. While struggling to run a mile at first on a dare, she stuck with the sport. Many enthusiastic years later, she qualified for the Boston Marathon. She loves to share her passion for running and wants to help people fall in love with the sport.

Passion drives ideas, people, and communities to action. Passion makes leaders. Passion combined with knowledge creates new ideas worth spreading. Passion can lead both to creation and destruction, to inspiration, suffering, grit, compassion, and extraordinary service.

TEDxAsburyPark discovers and curates 25 speakers, entertainers, and artists who will share their passion stories on the Paramount Theatre stage in an all-day event.

We offer reserved seating with lunch and general seating with lunch on your own. There is also an option to add on a ticket to the post-show cocktail reception, with the speakers and entertainers of the day in attendance. Both lunch and cocktail reception will be held in the Asbury Park Convention Hall. For more information, to apply to speak, be a sponsor, or to volunteer, please visit
