Friendly people, large spacious apartments with garages and full sized washer and dryer. I have a three story unit, floorplans for other units look nice too. Be...autiful scenery, two waterfall pools - one with a hat tub, great full sized gym that isn’t busy all the time, wildlife everywhere, nature paths in the complex just too many to count .. a perfect retreat after a long day. Adjacent to Bay Area Park and Armand Bayou Nature Center. Want to bike over there just grab a free loaner bike at the front office. Really a great place to live - only issue - beware of copperhead snakes on the nature paths, especially when it rains. See More

Living at The Park At Armand Bayou is a wonderful experience. I really enjoy my apartment and the office staff is both kind and professional. When I stop by or... call the office, to let them know I need something done, they are always quick to respond. The property is kept very nice, and all the residence are friendly. See More
