My wife Torie and I had a great experience at Parker Subaru! We worked with Steve Yost in Sales and he made the experience very enjoyable. We initially just wanted to do some homework on new vehicles ...and purchase down the road. Steve listened to my wife’s wish list in a new vehicle and made the process of finding it easy! My wife found a 2018 Subaru Forester that she fell in love with and wouldn’t get out of, so I quickly realized we were no longer just looking and would be buying. You definitely feel like your dealing with friends here no matter what department you are dealing with. Parker automotive dealerships have set the precident for customer service in the North Idaho community. Their Subaru store is no different. I purchased my preowned Subaru Legacy in February 2017 and I... found the buying experience to be the most customer oriented and streamlined process I’ve ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Although I elected not trade anything in, the sales team was completely transparent with my options and they took the time to be sure that I was going to be satisfied with my purchase long after the initial “feel good” rush of buying a car.

I decided to hold back from posting a review of this dealership for nearly a year to determine how my overall satisfaction would be with their customer service during and after the sale. Having waited all this time; I can still honestly say that I’m extremely satisfied with this Subaru dealership. Throughout my ownership experience of a 2005 Legacy, I’ve had some mechanical and electrical issues which this Subaru service department has always handled professionally and expediently while providing a fair price for their work. This feeling of confidence in their service department was recently solidified when they quickly corrected a mistake with tail light bulbs that was addressed diring my prior service. I didn’t even have to mention that their technical team may have made a mistake before the service advisor, Josh and technician, Brandon looked back on my previous visit, identified the mistake that was made and corrected it at no charge.

As a mechanical customer service representative myself, I can not say enough about the first class customer service team at Parker Subaru because they exemplify the definition of “teamwork” as a dealership to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Over the past four years, I have purchased two cars and been a loyal customer to Parker Subaru. In September 2017, I had my 60,000 mile service done by their service center. Today, I returned for an change where I was advised to have my air filter and cabin air filter replaced. Both of which should have been included in my previous service appointment which I spent $500 on at that time. When I called the service manager, he said it was an error that those items were on the list of items to be performed on that 60k appointment. I asked if he could make it right, and have these items taken care of for me since the website was misleading, and he replied that he would not take care of that extra bill. It’s incredibly frustrating as a 22 year old women to be taken advantage of at dealerships/auto shops/etc. Apparently their “no problem guarantee” doesn’t apply to me. Parker Subaru has demonstrated terrible customer service and I will no longer be returning for future purchases. See More

Amazing place. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a Subaru. We checked with our local dealer and they tried to only give us 4,000 for our trade in vehicle. It is worth at least 10,000. We... left our name about used vehicles and never got a call back. We went up to Whitefish to look at them and they are so busy they don't have time to talk to you. Nor did they call as back as they said they would with used vehicles. We looked in Bozeman as well. Same thing. I think the northwestern Montana dealers think Subaru's sell themselves. We will be going to Parker Subaru from now on. They are friendly, honest, and care about their customers satisfaction with their vehicles. Thoroughly impressed. See More

Steve Yost (sales) went above and beyond to help me with a smooth transition when my lease was nearing the end. He listened to my needs and preferences and we are able to find an option that I was exc...ited and confident about. Thanks Steve and Parker Subaru for treating me like a valued customer! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!

PS: Parker Subaru continues to promote a healthy community by sponsoring athletic events and pet adoption days! Two things I support by shopping locally and sharing with friends!

Let me begin by saying I hate car shopping and pushy salesmen. This was by far my best experience in purchasing a new car ever!! The last thing I thought I'd be doing yesterday when I woke up was buy ...a new car but that's exactly what I did thanks to the help of Jeff Yates. I actively started seriously looking at cars on Friday and asked Jeff about one on the Parker web site but it had just been sold. He said he'd start looking for something else for me and the next morning messaged that he had something I may be interested in and if I had time to swing by. Ironically I was actually just a few blocks away perusing the area used car lots so went right over to see what he found. To make a long story short he found me the perfect vehicle in my price range and with all the options I had on my list. And lobbied for a price that could not walk away from. THANKS Jeff and the entire crew at Parker for exceeding my expectations. If and when I'm in the market for another vehicle I would definitely buy from Jeff and Parker Subaru again! See More

Edward Hodge is an incredible salesman I highly recommend! My little one and I just moved to Idaho and needed to upgrade to a safe reliable vehicle and we couldn't be more happy with what a deal we go...t! Ed was very personable and real. Monday morning started rough and ended with me having to bring my outback into Parker Service Center. Joe was fantastic and was able to get me a loaner, file the part needed under warranty and get my fixed this week. He called with updates, and I didn't have to handle anything, he just took care of it all for us. Thank you! See More

Greeted, no pressure. Would recommend this dealership anytime. Our product salesman, Daniel Anderson was wonderful, worked with us so easy.
We even got to visit with Jim and Sunny! (just a side note...) Looked at both Fords and Subaru, and as wife is short, fit better in the Outback, but did also like the Ford Escape. Hats off to Daniel, Don and Parker Subaru in CDA.
