I purchased a $47k jeep grand Cherokee. To get the deal Tim was right in top of everything...he was great. Then once we signed the paperwork he went MIA. The car was delivered dirty, plastic still cov...ering everything, and 1/8th tank of gas. I've bought 24 cars and never once have I ever had a car delivered with no gas. I could barley make it back to work and home. Then my license plate came in the next day. I live far from this dealership so Tim said he would mail it. That was 12 days ago. When I write him to find out he doesn't answer me. Eventually he answered me and told me he has gone out of his way. Yelling at me. I explained to Tim that you are arguing with me because you never did your job. You said you were going to mail my license plate, but never did. If he didn't want to mail the player don't say you would when asked.... I have it all via text for proof along with Tim being extremely rude and disrespectful. I eventually had to write him and left a complaint with FCA over this transaction and Tim responded with "Lose my number" and "I bent over backwards to get you your car"
Isn't that his job? He sells cars. He is in customer do what it takes. Not deliver the car, handshake and walk away....I had to call him back to show me how to pair my phone. I've read reviews and it seems I'm not the only one to complain.
Watch out everyone.

I leased two Dodge Chargers for Parkway and turned in my car in December . Because I did not get another car Parkway is trying to charge me extra and I can say I will never come back to this dealershi...p. My payments came out of my checking account for my whole lease and now they are trying to say I missed a payment. I find that funny considering every single payment came out of my checking account on the 6th day every month, but now you are saying I missed a payment. I pay every bill every month and now you guys are treating a customer like this because they did not get another car from you guys. I must say I will never be back to your dealership and I will let everyone I know that you treat your guest with a lack of respect and give them their new car with less than a quarter of tank of gas.
Also the middle aged white lady with dark hair at the desk when you walk in is beyond rude. I am glad the new dealership I leased my last car from treats each and every customer with total respect.

Sorry....but ive went to this place to lease a new Charger 3 times. 1st time nobody would help....couldnt get a salespersons attention to save my life. There was one sitting with his feet on his desk ...playing games on his phone in a cubicle on the showroom floor....i tried to flag him...he ignored.

2nd time....i got Todd. Todd was highly recommended by both of my parents whom work for companies that supply Parkway. Todd seemed great at first....i told him what i wanted from a car and he showed me a list that was directly opposite. I said i want either an SXT pr an RT....nothing over 38,000 dollars and absolutely no all wheel drive. He showed me a list of Charger GT pluses....all of which were all wheel drive....and all of which were over 40 grand. He told me he had nothing else in stock.

Okay....well i want a charger and its only a 3 year lease so ill get it.....the payments were pretty high....right out of the range i told him i needed to stay at. I was offered less than my car was valued for my the time they had a "2000 over book for your trade" deal which is what brought me here.....i questioned him about that and was told "theres alot of B.S. to that....and i cant give you any discounts with that deal...."

Well....i was told by him when i asked what discounts were applied to the deal "you didnt qualify for any discounts". So i spun around and asked again about the trade deal....he replies with "well like i said....theres alot of B.S. to that....

So here....a note to whoever it is at Parkway thats replying to these reviews....i used to sell cars. The reason i went to your dealership was specifically for the 2k over book....and the 199 per month lease special on charger and challenger RT models. Im upside down in my current car....and i know every 1000 upside down roughly equals out too 34 dollars per month on a 3 year lease. Now....if he would have went up at least 1k for my never seen winter Texas car....i would have been within my payment bracket on a car that i didnt really want.

If he would have shown me or did a dealer trade for the RT model i wanted....i wouldve not only signed that deal....but also traded my Journey for a Durango for my wife.

My credit is considered prime for auto loans. And even still i couldve supplied co-signers if needed ( which it wouldnt) but this guy decided to screw around instead....

The 3rd time i decoded i would buy from an internet consultant....which did NOTHING but try to force me to set up an appoitment to test drive a car.....not what i wanted....i wanted to lease the damn car without having to come back to that damn place....

So....what i have is my old car....because these people obviously didnt want to sell one....or two.

I leased a vehicle from Parkway in May, I was told my car and would be ready for pick upthat afternoon, when I arrived it was not ready. So I came back the next day and it took them over 2 hours of pr...ep to get the vehicle ready. For my inconvenience Tim offered me a free tank of gas if I come back later that week. I stopped by as instructed and I called first but when I got there Tim advised me that who ever takes care of that was gone for the day. Well that's what I was trying to avoid when I called before I came. So Tim advised me he would send me a gift card in the mail. Well it's now October and that was in May with two follow ups and still no gift card.

So the most recent interaction with Parkway was this October and involved me calling on a Saturday and asking what time the service dept closed and do I need to make a appointment for an oil change. I was told first come first serve and 3pm. Well I got there at 2:15 and apparently the service dpt closes at 1. Well that would have been nice to know when I called and before I drove up.

So due to the continuous lack of communication and customer service I will no longer give Parkway my business and will advise others to proceed with caution based on my experience.

I really want to like this place, it’s close to my work, and home but I just can’t, it’s like being in a one sided dysfunctional relationship. Trying to get service at Parkway Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM just a horrible experience. The Internet appointment set up does not work. It takes weeks, one time it took a month to book an appointment, and for the past TWO weeks I have been trying to get a simple oil change, I have been there FOUR times, and every time I go it is a three hour wait, and they will not make an appointment for it, what do they expect their customers to do for three hours? I love the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. However, on the day I came in to look at a new car, I was introduced to a salesperson who had a new customer at her desk each and every time I had ...a question for her. On the day I picked up my new vehicle, I found a large scratch on the main console- I had heated seats installed and not only was the console damaged, the buttons that were installed for the seats are so uneven! After I pulled out of the lot, I also realized that I had just left with a car that had less than 1/4 tank of gas. When I spend more than $40K on a car, I expect a tank of gas.

After taking the top off of my new Jeep, I find that the storage bags I am supposed to have are missing, to which my salesperson said they must have been stolen, but she’d get me another. We agreed on a pickup time of 5:00 pm, yet I was left waiting almost a half hour. At this time I requested to speak to a sales manager to make my frustrations known; all I received from the manager was excuse after excuse as to why new cars no longer come with a full tank of gas. None of my other concerns were addressed, including the agreement that I have in writing that the scratched console is needing to be fixed.

In summary- if you want a great new car, buy a Jeep Wrangler. If you want customer service that makes Comcast customer service seem good, go to Parkway on Hall Road.

Supposed to get my car back for a simple service and now they are closed and I don't have a car. No call or anything. I was promised it back by end of day. Also had my ride waiting around for an hour....

Change tire, upgrade software and a air fliter... and it's the second day I had to bring it in bc they didn't have the filter or stock tire.

Tried calling since 7pm. 830 and the operator could do nothing but get me to a vm that would be checked in the morning. Haha.

Now I have no car and I do have a job. I guess you will pay for my uber.

Never coming here again.

Had an awesome sales person. Susie Ruzza. She made the process so easy. Got me what I wanted and in the price range I can afford. This is my second lease from Parkway.
My brother bought a vehicle fro...m there, my niece and two friends also are leasing vehicles from Parkway.
Would definitely recommend Parkway to my family and friends.

High pressure sales tactics and one "option" that was worse than what I drive now. The salesperson did not listen to my wishes and then visibly got upset and questioned me when I said I wasn't ready t...o buy a car that was the same age as my current car - but with fewer features and more miles. Had a way better experience back in 2015. I will never return to this dealership. See More

Worse dealership I have ever dealt with! They lied about how long it would take to fix my jeep. They said they were waiting on a part, which I found out was a lie! I called another dealership & found ...out the part is available in 2 days not 5 weeks! Then after having it for 2 months. they give it back to me with hardly any gas in tank!! See More

I went to get my car looked at and I paid well over $100 for them to tell me something is wrong with my engine. They wouldn’t give me any additional information unless I paid them an additional $800. ...Worst service ever. I tried contacting the owner and of course he was never available. They took advantage of me assumingely because I’m a female. I will never go to this place again. See More

I always had excellent service through your dealership. Especially my go to sales person, Susie, is very helpful and answered my questions very patiently. I recently leased a new car through her and s...he explained every new feature with great knowledge and easy to understand.
The facility is very clean in all areas, service, office, lobby. I would chose Parkway Chrysler over all other dealerships.

Absolutely terrible service! My first experience was just calling about a misprinted ad. Jay Guiles- New Service...... was completely rude... Used phrases like " Are you an intelligent person" "Are yo...u ignoring what I am saying" My tone was nothing but pleasant, and very unfortunate representation of the dealership! We took our car there for our appointment and it sat for two days witho...ut even being looked at! Now we have to go pick it up and find a reputable dealership that will actually work on the car. My husband and I went out to test drive some cars tonight...first I drove an Explorer down the road, super nice. I tell My husband why don't we drive down to Parkway Dogde and take a look at the Dur...ango while we're out. So we do...our salesman Moses, tells us they have limited stock on what we're looking for but he does have a silver "demo" (which I'm inferring to mean an employee has been driving it) car with 3400 miles on it (that he quoted us higher than any other Dodge dealer) but it's silver. He says he was having it brought around so we can take a look at it and see what we think since I typically am not a fan of silver cars. We walk out to the car and Moses says "the guy that's been driving it smokes so you might smell that a little". I open the driver side door expecting to smell cigarettes and am immediately hit with the stench of weed! And the car was a mess, crap in the doors, change all over. I say "holy crap it REEKS of pot". He proceeds to tell me they have machines to get rid of that smell. I told him I would never put my kids in that car and can't even believe he showed it to us!! You're asking me to spend ALOT of money on a filthy weed filled car! I can't even believe that happened! Total poor reflection on the entire dealership. Definitely won't be back to Parkway ever! Dealership was exceptionally clean. I was made comfortable while I waited and was checked on frequently. My salesman, Kyle was neat and clean and LISTENED. I am very very busy and he paid attention to... what I wanted /needed/liked/wanted to pay. I will not be using Parkway anymore. I paid for 3 oil changes.I have used 2 so far. After the 3rd one I am done. Called prior to coming in was told 1 hr. wait. I was there 5 minutes after call. Waited... 2 hours for simple oil change. Purchased 4 vehicles 2 for me 2 for wife same salesman. He didn't know who I was when I said hello. Perhaps I'm being a tad vain but I expect more. But my biggest complaint is the slow service department. See More
