Jim Finlay is by far the worst sales man I’ve had in a very long time...ordered a car months ago and never answers back and says car is in Dallas for 3 weeks but won’t go get it cause chevy wants ther...e 1295 to transfer a car 300 miles and told plenty of time it would be here this week and that week etc and never showed up ...good thing I went back to ford and got my car in a day and then Jim tells me I’ll never get what I want for my trade bad I got more than what they told me I’d get...and I got x4 better car... a expedition platinum 4wd instead of a pos ppv Tahoe 4wd See More

Our second truck in 2 years from Parkway, new to this year was their slogan 90 minutes or less. I came in with my 2016 1/2 ton LTZ trade in at 7:30pm on Saturday and was in our new 2500 Duramax gettin...g an ice cream cone at Dairy Queen before 9pm. We got fair value for the trade in, an excellent percentage rate, and a amazing deal on the new truck. Would definitely recommend Jeremy (sales) and Spencer (Finance) to anyone looking. See More

I personally think Parkway is evil. Hated my experience. First I’d like to say what is the point going on line filling out questionnaire asking what vehicle you want. Buyer warning be sure you read ev...ery document that is flashed in front of you. Make sure you keep reappearing what your looking g for and what you want your vehicle to have. Do not drive off that parking lot if their is even a doubt or concern. I dealt with the Richey’s which are all related and are bias. Hey do not resolve any of my concerns . Don’t trust what the salesman is telling you read read read . I will never ever go their again muck less refer anyone. Dishonest people there. I was really disappointed and your voice doesn’t matter there nor is your word count. They are right all the time. They are perfect and they don’t make a mistakes. Advice again read and be sure you make it clear and you may want to record because on that ball game the customer is Heber right. The famous line you signed for it. Just sayin. See More

Would give zero stars if I could. Here for a nail in my tire. Would have just gone to discount tire but I purchased the extended tire and wheel warranty. After 2 hours of waiting I went to ask someone... what the status was... it took 15 minutes of standing outside to speak to someone. Then the service guy says “oh they are waiting for approval on a new tire”. A 5 minute phone call later and he was going to approve a new tire. Then more of a wait for the new tire to be placed. Horrible customer service and poor communication, I’ve spent 2 1/2 hours here for something discount tire could do in 30! See More

My wife was treated with such a lack of professionalism by the so called GM & owner Mr. Forbes today. Its disgusting to me. I wish I would have bought my wife's High Country Traverse elsewhere at this... point! the owner Mr. Forbes even told my wife today she was giving lip service. Is she upset... Why yes and she is likely not her friendly self in speaking with anyone at this dealership at this point. Why don't you figure out why.... instead of showing where the culture of this dealership comes from! She stated she wanted to meet with him and asked when was a good time the time he asked to meet was on the weekend. She simply stated we shouldn't have to give ya'll another weekend.... The tone and lack of professionalism was shining bright at Parkway today! Our car was damaged in transport to the dealer and it was in and out of service for weeks. we have had it 7 weeks and physically had it 2 weeks. There was more damage done to it during service. No one has done the right thing and followed up after telling Saturday we can get it back to the body shop and have it repaired. Even the service advisor stated it was wrong and he would be upset. These people have no desire to fix this situation and it is apparent it starts at the top with Mr. Forbes! We will be seeking an attorney and go about this different ourselves after today! What a let down. Guess I should have bought my wife a ford! See More

My wife and I drove over two hours to get the specific vehicle she was looking for and David Trammell made the process so easy and was great to work with. They had us in and out of there very quickly ...which was very nice for us considering we have three little boys and they can get restless. Had a fantastic experience at Parkway Chevrolet on New Year's Day. Planned to only come in and look around... and plus, only planned to buy a used vehicle, so this was only looking. The last new veh...icle I bought was in 2000! However, I walked out of there with a 2018 Chevy Silverado LT Texas Edition. Everyone was easy to work with and I believe I walked out with a very fair price. Felt no pressure and felt like a valued customer. First time at Parkway and would recommend them to anyone. See More

Unfortunately customer service is lacking.....
I guess we came at a bad time, salesmen sitting out front didn’t seem to eager to assist my husband and I.
We finally went inside with a guy who decide...d to browse his computer looking for a Tahoe to show us. ( mind you we had already walked the entire lot by ourselves and had 2 we were interested in) he couldn’t find them on his computer �
We decided to head down the road to LoneStar ...
By far the BEST customer service and left with my new 2018 Premier Tahoe .

I went into Parkway Chevy in Tomball looking to possibly trade in my truck and Miles was quick to want to help me without being overly sales'e'. Although I was not able to find a truck specific to my ...liking, he later gave me a call and told me that he had found a year (2018) model truck that met my specs and could actually give me a better deal on due to the fact that it had 5K miles on it.

I went in thinking MAYBE I'll take it for a test drive and actually drive out of there with it.

The truck surpassed all of my expectations and Miles went to work to get me the absolute best deal I could possibly get (and I KNOW I got a good deal on it). Miles went above and beyond to fin something I liked and was honest and sincere in wanting to help me.. I could just tell the guy cared that I walked out of there happy, and not just drove off happy but stayed happy with my purchase.

I've bought several cars throughout my life (not all Chevy's), but Parkway Chevy of Tomball knows Customer Service and knows how to treat people right. If you're in the market for a new car I would definitely recommend Parkway Chevy in Tomball and specifically Miles as your rep.

Oh yeah, and shout out to Whitney the Finance Director. He worked the numbers so that I could stay within budget. He's an LSU fan but we'll forgive him for that.

This new drive is pretty darn awesome!

Been a customer of Parkway Chevy for a long time; new car sales and service. Made a trade deal and new truck purchase yesterday. Dealt with Clinton Chandler (sales rep.), did everything by texting via... Clinton's personal cell phone. Went in last night, turned in keys to trade, picked up new truck all spit-shined, polished and a full gas tank.

Paper work was all ready and waiting. Rod in finance made it quick and easy. In and out. Bahdda Bing Bahdda Boom! Helen in the Accessories Department was a hoot! She was helpful, informative, and made that stage of the process painless as could be.

In summation, Clinton, Rod and Helen are rock stars! They shoot straight, tell it like it is, go the extra mile for the customer, and treat you like family. When you leave the dealership, you actually look forward to seeing them again - going back just to visit. Staff members like them are what makes Parkway Chevy our choice to do business with.

Joe Miller in Service treats customers with the same care. And that's exactly why I'll be continuing to go there for service.

I bought a high country 2018 traverse with 100% certainty that was the vehicle I wanted without it ever being at the dealership lot before purchasing it! In the last 7 weeks I’ve literally had possess...ion of it two weeks out of that time. The Issue at hand with the service department have yet to be resolved! The resolution they thought was a simple one time phone call with no follow up even though we specifically called the operations manager three times since then. The least we can do for you is make your first payment they told us. Still waiting on that too... I’ve already made the first payment! it was absolutely the least they could’ve done since I didn’t even have possession of the car. That still hasn’t been followed through on! I pick up my vehicle after not having it all this time and there’s more damage to it then when I took it in! It is been the absolute worst experience of buying GM products! We have experience and we have always prided ourselves on supporting GM as my mother-in-law retired from GMAC after 30 years of service. It’s just so sad to see were customer service has gone and "The i don’t give a crap attitude" just throw me your Money! We drove over an hour to purchase our vehicle from Parkway, Chevrolet in Tomball! I could’ve stayed at the dealership in town that wasn’t very reputable for the experience that we had! And what do we get out of it.... A monthly payment, dissatisfaction, frustration but an opinion that will go a long ways. Now, it’s not about the product it’s about the service the fact I brought my business to someone to value! The lack of care or value is what has me ready to tell everyone why NOT PARKWAY! I have tried to reach out to the general manager 4 times and gotten no where! It’s simply I feel they don’t care! My mistake was choosing Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball! See More

The original sales girl that I was working with online was very rude and was very slow about getting back to us on our loan. When we got to the dealership to look at the car that we were looking at on...line we weren't given a hole lot of time to investigate the car and talk about it privately. I will say that our salesman Harvey it's probably the only thing that saved that's from going somewhere else. He was very accommodating and very polite if you do go there talk to Harvey Prejean he's very sweet and will do whatever it takes to help you feel comfortable. See More
