Wonderful coffee and delicious baked goods. Hard to decide my favorite because each item was so unique and tasty! Plus they make wonderful breakfasts such as croissant egg sandwiches.
The New Mexican ...Red Chile Cherry scone is to die for! As is the flourless chocolate cake and the vegan oat bars! See More

lunch was good, but there bakery goods not worth 4.00 each did not have much taste. will go back for lunch but will not get there banana nut rolls or bear claws again

Got the waffles with fruit and a chai plus 2 pies and all I can say it's that it was DELICIOUS!!! Am definitely coming back. Ill be taking my kids next Sunday breakfast !!!

I love T or C, but after visiting Passion Pie Cafe, I'm fairly certain that I keep visiting this town for pastries, coffee, and waffles, and the hot springs are just a bonus. The bread pudding is amaz...ing, the muffins are superb, the scones are out of this world, the croissants are like biting into sunshine, and I'm certain the pies are phenomenal, although I've oddly never ordered one. As a plus, we met the owner and head baker yesterday, who was so kind and humble, even though I showered her with compliments. The local coffee is delicious, the setting is cozy and inviting, and the food is altogether wonderful. Seriously, you can't go wrong here. My only complaint would be that it is 2 hours away from El Paso and I've yet to find a bakery here, in a huge city, that tops Passion Pie! (Pro tip: if you time it right and wake up early you can eat breakfast AND lunch there. They have yummy sandwiches, soups, salads, and quiche, but you should always follow up lunch with a pastry for dessert. And one for the road. And a dozen of something for the poor people at home who didn't get to go with you... or just keep the box for yourself and never tell a soul.) See More

We stumbled upon this delicious cafe as they were about to close. They welcomed us in and did not rush us out even though they closed as we finished our food. The quiche was spectacular and we actu...ally tried several different pastries because they all looked so good we couldn't resist. Every single thing we tried was amazing and delicious. Can't wait for the next time us friends decide to meet there as we come from different places. See More

Perfect coffee, the food is out of this world, and the gentleman who took our order was very welcoming and courteous (he actually observed that I was cold and offered to turn the air conditioner down)...!! This café is a must for anyone traveling to, through, or even near by T or C! See More

We have been here a few times on vacation, and have always experienced good food and friendly service, today we came in at closing time, and Kaity waited on us. She was so friendly and didn't rush us ...on making our choice of one of the many wonderful treats and even made us a cup of coffee, on top of that when she found out it was my birthday, she snuck a candle into the little chocolate mini cake I bought when she bagged it. What a delightful surprise, and what a great employee! We will definitely be back. See More

We intentionally stopped at the Passion Pie Cafe based on a recommendation. We were driving from Albuquerque to Tucson. I had a wonderful pumpkin coconut curry soup & a potato quiche. My husband ha...d the BLT on a croissant. Both were excellent. My husbands sandwich had some pickled celery on the side, very good. I have never seen that before. We got a couple of goodies for the road. Yum. We'll be back. See More

A good start (and/or addition) to any day. Great coffee and latte's. A value... and fresh ingredients. Made to order breakfast croissant for about $5... and quiches of up to six flavors/day. The best... quiche I've had in a long time. I did have to indulge one morning when fresh made bear claws were cooling right out of the oven... other than that I've not really tried the pie's and pastries. She does make a hella good gluten free (granola, and fruit) bar. Three flavors. I will ALWAYS return for the quiche though... ♥ See More

Amazing homemade baked goods and waffles! The veggie waffles with over easy egg on top is the best. Scrambled eggs are also awesome. Pastries off the charts. The owner checks everyone out and calls yo...u by name. It's great food and great people. We went twice while we were there for the weekend and we will be back. See More

I live in ABQ and would totally drive to T or C just to eat here. From the breakfast croissant to the pickled veggies and tuna melt too the magic bar. What the heck? So so delicious!
