I love them and looking forwrd to make them
Competition time! Tomorrow I will be visited by a journalist from a particular country for an interview about my work, and I have created special pastizzi inspired by a particular recipe from that specific country. Here are two of the three main ingredients needed for these pastizzi. First person to guess which country this is based on this video will win one dozen of special pastizzi, which can be collected next week. Results and winner will be announced tomorrow evening!

Pastizzi Gourmet is closed until next Monday. Can you call it a working holiday if you travel to be inspired? My first stop in Vienna is at the historic Café Prückel. Needless to say, I am in love ❤️
